  1. It would be good if when we enter on a certain customer who has a group booking - to see bookings sorted by groups on the dashboard instead of all the rooms that guests booked for all the upcoming dates - when we have groups sorted on the dashboard then we can choose the group and enter to see all the rooms listed.

  2. It would be nice to offer our guests an ability to buy a Gift Voucher for our hotels online versus it being a manual process. We previously used Webrezpro, and their system allowed this. Now we have to go back to paper and manual gift certificates.

  3. Currently, if a guest books multiple rooms, and even if they have multiple names listed for that registration, you can only print one registration card, and that card will only have one of the room numbers on it. It would be much better to be able to print a card for each room.

  4. In my opinion, the kiosk is not fully thought through. If it is to have the benefit of allowing guests to check themselves in and out, the following must also be possible:

    • Minibar products must be bookable by the guest independently
    • It must be possible to enter the company address when checking out.

  6. The term Last Room Value (LRV), refers to the maximum revenue a hotel can expect to make from the last room it has available for sale. It is used to avoid selling the last room below a certain rate – as when market demand is high the last room may be sold at a higher rate then normal

  8. while changing the room type from the property tab under the reservation for the same day reservation or for the future it is hard to change to room type without knowing if the other room type is available on that day or not so while making those changes the mews can show the room type in red if the front desk in moving the reservation to already booked room type.

  9. In Mews the statistics are calculated using room / beds occupied and not by customer count.

    We'd like to be able to calculate all statistics in Mews reports & Analytics by customer. This could be achieved by adding a setting to use customer count.

    Average rate instead of calculated occupied rooms/revenue use customers/revenue
    Occupancy instead of calculating by occupied rooms/available rooms use customers occupying rooms/available rooms

  10. Some stay products are only used by management or certain reservation agents.
    Now all other agents and staff have to go through a long list of products to find the product that they need for the booking. Therefore it would be much easier if you could offer certain products only to management or certain employees.

  11. We should be able to modify rates for multiple room categories at once. When we modify rates for a given period we should be able to select the period and then enter the rate for each category of rooms instead of having to click - re-enter the dates and then the rate.
    It takes 3 times to amount it should take to have a more dynamic rate strategy!

  12. Currently it seems like it's not possible to change the naming of packages on a bill.
    All packages appear with the name "Stay Package" on the bill.
    It would be great if you could change the name to something more specific like "Gourmet package". Perhaps the product category name for the items in the package could decide the package name on the bill.

  13. Add digital signature to the registration card of the guest if the guest did this beforehand. Now when printing the filled in details are there, but not the signature.

  15. Showing a subtotal of the items of one POS booking when you have an invoice containing several POS bookings.

    Problem
    When you print your invoices with a detailed description of the POS booking including all the items, you don’t see the subtotal when you have one or more POS bookings on one invoice. If there is a long invoice and you need to know how much one specific POS booking was, you need to calculate manually how much it is.

    Solution
    Our problem would be solved if subtotals can be added to the invoice per POS booking.

  16. The stay at the billing needs to be breaked down to each night.
    It is not clear for the guest if it says 1x350,00 € and the stay was for 4 nights.
    As well the price per day is different often so it needs to be cleared.

  17. Notre balance des tiers, avec la fermeture et les annulations est surchargée en encours négatifs.
    Nous avons vu ensemble que dès lors que nous avons une annulation, le chiffre d’affaire annulation tardif se poste automatiquement sans que nous ne puissions rien faire.
    Est-il possible dans ce cas de faire en sorte de filtrer dans la balance, les encours négatifs et positifs ?
    Le but étant de montrer à l’utilisateur directement ce qu’il souhaite voir, donc de rajouter le filtre dans les options sur le côté.

  18. Add the ability to set an MLOS rule that will reduce the MLOS applied where a short gap between two bookings is not long enough to satisfy the restriction applied to that respective Space Category. This is particularly needed for Short Term Rental operators where a Space Category has an inventory of 1. This functionality offered by Pricelabs.

  19. Currently in the Status Tab of an Optional Booking, we don't have the ability to assign a Space. However Mews automatically assigns a Space. i.e when Mews assigns a Space, we cannot assign to a different Space, other than by using the timeline to move the reservation. We require the ability to assign space from the Status tab, so that we can assign to None(un-assigned). Similar to Confirmed reservations.
