  1. The company profile dashboard currently has some bills and invoices belonging to the company.

    However, the organization of this is not quite easy to navigate around as someone would have to remember the bill numbers in order to find bills here. Instead, it would be great if there was a way to sort the bills by due date or closed dates. etc

  2. Let the acc. provider decide at which time the night audit shout take place.
    So it is easier for late arrival or Bars to post there revenue.

  3. A bunch of our repeat guests either have no email address or make the reservations in person and want a physical copy of the confirmation letter. Kind of odd that this simple feature doesn't exist.

  6. Nice improvement, for us its not fully what we need yet. We have every 7 days a cleaning but in case someone stays 9 days it would be great if the system can smartly plan or you can manually move the cleaning to specific days. e.g. for the 9 days plan it in the middle in the stay.Nice improvement, for us its not fully what we need yet.   7. Guest Credit Limit report to mitigate the risk of potential for bad debt write offs in the event of a client dispute and of being unable to recover monies owing, resulting in bad debt write-offs. Allows for a a daily review and follow up with guests when balance above hotel's limit. Ensure no guest ledger folios with cash status and debit balance outstanding.

  8. We should be able to modify rates for multiple room categories at once. When we modify rates for a given period we should be able to select the period and then enter the rate for each category of rooms instead of having to click - re-enter the dates and then the rate.
    It takes 3 times to amount it should take to have a more dynamic rate strategy!

  10. Currently you can set "reservation assignment strategy" to manage how rooms are allocated to reservations (e.g. top down, bottom up etc.). This works well, except there are a couple of rooms that we would like to allocate as "last sell". i.e. all other rooms get allocated automatically according to the reservation assignment strategy, with the exception of certain room numbers, which would get allocated last if the hotel was to be fully occupied.

  12. A lot of companies get different deductions for different services. In order to get full compensation for a stay with breakfast incl. and not being able to not have breakfast, an option to post items as 0.00 would be good

  13. Right now, it is only possible to make a room move for an in-house guest when the room that you are planning to use hasn't been used during the time that that guest was staying. And this is very inconvenient when the guest that we are trying to move is a long-stayer. For example:

    Mr Smith has been staying from the 1/3 until 20/3.
    On the 15/3 I need to move him to room #219.
    In order for the system to allow me to do it, room #219 should have been empty since 1/3. So, if #219 was only used…

  14. The new Billing screen is just horrible.
    I switch to the old billing screen everytime and i guess i am not the only one doing that. When i ask others, they think the same.
    Having a vertical menu is not a bad idea, but I cannot use the new menu because its a pain ********** to read what's on the screen.
    Everything is in the same white square, and I can barely see what is what except if i take time to focus on the screen... What is the point of having a social media-like interface if it burns my…

  15. To be able to have the option to update the voucher for existing reservations. Unfortunately, if you're looking to update the voucher you need to cancel the reservation and create new once as there is no way to update voucher, only when creating initial booking.

  16. If only the reservation manager has access to the Rate Management in Mews, then when employees are changing the rate of the booking, they will not be able to know what was the original price of the rate. They will only see from the action log the original rate and not the original price.

  17. Summarize invoices with multiple guest profiles by guest profile.
    With group reservations or reservations with more than one guest profile the invoice turns out very chaotic i.e.:
    Stay 1234 (guest name 1, stay dates)
    Staypackage
    City tax
    Stay 1235 (guest name 2, stay dates)
    Staypackage
    City tax
    Stay 1236 (guest name 3, stay dates)
    Staypackage
    City tax
    Dinner (guest name 1)

    Would be great if could be ordered by guest profile i.e.:

  20. To keep our team safe during the pandemic, we would like to automatically quarantine a room after a check-out for 24 or 48 hours before our housekeeping team enters the room to prepare it.

    This helps us protect our team, and gives guests confidence that the room is safe from COVID-19.
