  1. Problem:
    The order of the rates in the reservation screen cannot be customized/ changed.

    The ordering in the rate settings refers to the order within the Rate Group and the way these are displayed on Distributor, but they don't refer to the way these are displayed on the reservation screen.

    Solution:
    The ordering in the rate settings should not only refer to the order within the Rate Group and the way these are displayed on Distributor, but they should refer to the way these are displayed on the reservation screen as well.

  2. closed company bills (with payments) are now totally invisible in the reservation. It would be nice if a billing and payment button is also visible in the reservation on the status page, as it is for the guests.

  3. The content of the package the guest has booked should be visible on the invoice. For example '' Bed and Breakfast'' or ''Half board''.

  9. Right now, it is only possible to check rate totals when creating a new reservation. Even then, the total price is shown based only on the currently selected rate for stay and products added. A rate query tool would be a great option to help clarify and check prices, availability, and restrictions that may apply to different rates, with or without certain products. This additional functionality could also help revenue, sales, and marketing departments to save time and streamline their efforts.

  12. While looking at the timeline, there is a lot of information represented there, which can make it difficult to navigate. Introduction of a fast and easy search function could help simplify your investigations as you could immediately identify guests, space numbers, and more.

  13. Our Rate Managment Screen (RMS) could be quite complicated and contains a lot of important data. General managers and revenue managers must interpret these details as they decide on rate pricing for their properties. For this reason, sticky headers could help clarify which data you are looking at, keeping the title of each column and row stationary as you scroll through all pricing details and make any necessary adjustments.

  14. add a filter to billing to seperate the different billings in past, checked-in, future.

  15. We have a mandatory field for canelationreason when we cancel a product, but there is no report for checking this proccesses.
    We need a report sorted by products with reason, guest name, booking date and cancellation date etc.
    As it is now, checking is extremely time-consuming because you have to search for everything individually.

  16. Hi, we need to filter by last name, but the export only contains first and last name in one cell, so we can only filter by first name.
    It couldn´t be to difficult to make a change, couldn´t it?

  17. Additional/customizable origin options.

    When a reservation is created we have limited options to choose as the origin of the booking. We would like to have the option to customize these options ourselves to have a better overview of where the bookings come from.

  18. Properties would love the option to either package the bill as a whole line OR to have each line packaged per daily consumption therefore offering businesses that require it an itemized bill.

    -Current setup: Bill as Package

  19. Product rules should be possible to adapt based on arrival, origin, segment, rate, space etc. This allows us to automize specific charges and better work on upselling and creating new revenue streams!
