  1. Use case: During his stay, the guest has the possibility to use 100€ per day for any F&B expenses. Possibility for the POS to post expenses that can be absorbed in the price at the moment of consumption. Unused Expense Allocation cannot be refunded or used on another day.

  2. To display different information on the header/footer of bills vs. invoice. For example to display bank account information on invoices but not display it on creditcard bills.

  3. Having the bill number set up by year and month :
    p.e : 2018.03.XXXX
    It is already possible, bu we have to change the month number manually every month. I would like it to change automatically the 1st of the month.

  4. closed company bills (with payments) are now totally invisible in the reservation. It would be nice if a billing and payment button is also visible in the reservation on the status page, as it is for the guests.

  8. To be able to click on each columns of the reservation report and to have the possibility to filter all the info by ascending order for example. If they are trying to find which customer paid his reservation the most expensive they would like to click on rate and to filter it.

  11. Right now, it is only possible to check rate totals when creating a new reservation. Even then, the total price is shown based only on the currently selected rate for stay and products added. A rate query tool would be a great option to help clarify and check prices, availability, and restrictions that may apply to different rates, with or without certain products. This additional functionality could also help revenue, sales, and marketing departments to save time and streamline their efforts.

  13. To enhance the visibility and usability of the loyalty program interface by introducing tier-based color differentiation for the loyalty icon. This change aims to improve user experience for both guests and staff by making member status instantly recognizable. This would help the staff members to quickly identify loyalty tier during check-in or service interactions, members would feel more recognized and valued.

  14. Besides the stay service we work with parking and bicycles. For example if the guests books a room including car park, the parking spot will be added as a "parking" service and gets assigned a unique reservation number.

    The problem that occurs now is that the room and parking are not linked together; meaning that when the room gets cancelled or amended, the parking spot will stay as it is and will need to be cancelled or amended manually.

    We are looking for a way to link the two types of spaces together.

  15. Allow for multiple versions of the same parent space/room linked with different combinations of child rooms.

    For example, create Villa 1 with (101 as the parent) and 102, 103 and 104 as the children, but we also want to create Villa 1 connector (with 101 as the parent and only 102 as the connecting suite).

  16. We would love to have a different role options for our housekeeping so that only the houskeeping manager can "check" a room. Everyone else should just be able to put the room to "clean".

    That is not yet possible.

  17. For travel agencies and company guests with routing rules, it is very difficult to quickly identify the date of the reservation . It would be much more useful and convenient if we could have the arrival date displayed at the top of the bill. so there is no need to click on each booking to see the specific date.

  18. Implement a feature to automatically generate a note in a reservation when a specific rate code or company is booked. Currently, notes need to be entered manually. An automated note would be useful for including specific instructions about payment, allocation, and any other important information for the front office. This enhancement would ensure consistency and efficiency in handling reservations.

  19. When we change prices and click enter, the next squared selected is the one in the right (same category for the next day). Nevertheless, normally when we change rates, we do so for an entire day. It will be much practical is the next square selected after clicking "Enter" is the one below what we have just changed. This way, we can swap from the first until the last category of a whole day and do it quicker than now.

Groups that are currently taking inventory and are contracted but do not have reservations picked up yet, are not being counted as "Sold Rooms" nor is the contracted revenue being accounted for anywhere. The Availability and Occupancy Report shows the group rooms under Confirmed or Optional but ultimately still shows that group inventory under "Free Spaces". Would be useful to see total expected group revenue per group, and for that revenue to be accounted for in the Manager Report.
