los restrictions on rooms
A tick box on space types when setting los restrictions, at the minute you have to do every date individually, along with every space, so if you have 17 space types, and want a los on Saturday nights, you have to set the restriction 17 times for 1 day, 884 restrictions just for Saturdays, would be much easier if you could select the space via a tick box, at the minute if you do a generic restriction, you cant undo just one space.

SubTotals on Invoices
When reviewing Invoices, there are collapsable sections for each added "Item" during the guest's stay.
These sections should have subtotals for easy calculation and review.
For example - when a guest wants to see how much they paid in the spa yesterday, I should not have to add up each treatment they took to give them the total.
This wastes their time, and mine.

Improve Manager Analytics to include YoY comparison by day
Manager Analytics currently shows YoY comparison only on a monthly basis (this year's revenue vs last year's revenue).
Properties need a more granular report where YoY comparison will consist of individual dates.
Hoteliers want to see what the ADR, occupancy and revenue was last year vs this year (Jan 1st 2023 vs Jan 1st 2022, Jan 2nd 2023 vs Jan 2nd 2022). Include also the day of the week next to the date so that it's clear whether the date was a weekend or a weekday.
Having a report with this comparison would help hoteliers improve their revenue strategy.

Have a separate cancellation policy for group reservations where multiple rooms are concerned.
Currently, if a reservation is for multiple rooms, the cancellation policy remains the same as that of the rate group for which they were booked. It would be better, and easier to mitigate the risk of losing of a multi-room reservation, if there was an option of another cancellation policy being available once a minimum number of rooms have been reserved. This would allow us to change the cancellation period, meaning that they have to provide us with more notice of cancellation.

Invoice Status on Mews
Currently the Bill state only pulls in if it is open or closed.

Show Products in Mails that are priced as a packaged
Show Products that are priced as a package in the confitmation mails or give the option to choose in the product setting wether a product should be displayed in the mails and shown to the customer or not.

Flexibility for bill view
When preparing the bill for customers, there are solely two displayable options available.
1. Display detailed products
2. Display everything together as packageThe problem hereby is, that this must be changed in the backend and is set for every invoice immediately. There is no flexibility at all to display the bill differently and spontaneous. In my eyes, this is a must have as sometimes it is necessary to show the invoice as a package and for business travelers for example in detailed.

Add another default response when a room cannot be booked for one night but is available for multiople nights
Frequently a guest may be searching for a one night stay and if no one night stay options are available for room the default response in Mews is "the room is not available". It would be more accurate to respond that "the room is only available for 2-nights, 3-nights, etc" The guest would at least know there is option to stay if they opt for more nights but the current default response implies that there is no availability and if they had known there was option for multiple nights it is possible they would book the room.

Keep accounting category of double rebates
At the moment, when a rebated item is rebated again (a double rebate) it changes accounting category to the predefined accounting category in accounting configuration. It would be good if it kept the accounting category set for rebates of that product/night

Notification Room Availabilities
It would be great if you could receive a notification when only a certain number of rooms (or room category) are available. This would prevent overbooking.

charge various deposit amounts per space type instead of rate category
We would like to charge a deposit that reflects the amount of a booking. It could be a percentage, or a fixed amount per type accommodation. Now it is only possible to set it up per rate group, and it is a fixed amount. So a higher depoist with a booking/accommodation that is more expensive and a lower deposit with booking a Studio.

Restrict access to specific transactions per user level
Allow specific transactions to only be posted by management or have them not be visible to specific user group. For example, a discount to a dissatisfied guest or to balance out a chargeback reversal.

Simplify reservation screen
Reservation screen has multiple tabs - billing, payments, dashboard, profile. It takes a lot of steps to find all information and it doesn't sit in one place. Simplify getting around the reservation with all the details.

Prices shown despite rate restrictions
It would be very helpful for us if it was possible for managers to display the prices for a price query / new booking despite rate restrictions (for example MLOS).

creation of a pack of reports to be sent in one single email
set up in the schedules a group of reports that needs to be sent to our Accounts in Head Office. He called Night Packs and has included 8 reports for each of our hotels (Ibis Budget and Ibis Red).
We have created a Night Pack set up schedule with 8 reports and it comes each report export directly and individually to our email included in the set up.My question is: Can Mews generate these reports, get them direct and sent them all into a single one email?

enable adding products to different booking engines
When adding a product, it is automatically added to all booking engines. However, we offer different products in different booking engines (for example for certain events or retreats). Please enable to add or delete products to certain booking engines or to restrict products from other booking engines or rates.

ability to update bulk rate when adding room nights
When someone extends their reservation for multiple days you currently have to add the rates individually.
Ex. If someone has a reservation for Jan 1-30 but they want to change their departure to March 31 and their rate is 99.00 you have to manually enter 99.00 60 additional times in the pricing section. Can we get a feature that you can add 99.00 to all extra nights?1 vote -
locking the rate
It would be useful to be able to lock the rate of a reservation when making price agreements for a one-time booking, just like you are able to lock the booking to a specific roomnumber. Now, when you or a colleague makes any changes to the reservation, you have the risk of changing the rate.
