edit daily rate and change room number for options
Currently daily rate is not amendable once the bookings are created, with a status OPTION (not confirmed). We used to have it but not anymore.
Also, we can never change room allocation if the booking is an option.2 votesHello all,

Adjust a price for entire space categories SEASONALLY
Currently you can adjust a price for an entire space category for an unlimitied period of time. Could be great to have the possibility to have different prices adjustements according to certain period of time.

filter Reservation report specific dates
Have a filter in the reservations report for "staying period".
For example, I want to look at bookings created on 04/10/2021 that are staying between 1st November and 31st November

Reservation Report - don't count cancelled rooms when not filtered on cancelled
Currently reservations that are cancelled partly are still counted full in the total room nights in the Reservations Report.
However the total rooms revenue is only confirmed and optional revenue (with filter confirmed, optional, checked in, checked out selected).
It would be more clear if the calculations are the same. In my opinion cancelled nights shouldn't be counted if not selected in the filter.

Have the option to automatically create a task when a voucher is used for booking via the MEWS booking engine (Distributor)
Use case: Guest uses a specific voucher, when booking via the (Distributor) MEWS booking engine, which would trigger a task for reception staff (e.g. to prepare a welcome drink for the guest prior to the guest's arrival).
Currently these tasks need to be created manually. This enhancement has the potential to save properties time, effecting an improved guest experience.

Timeline in order by room numbers
The timeline should be ordered by number and not only by categories, as every PMS does, instead of showing only by categories. By categories, the timeline is a real mess, since you have room numbers totally mixed.

FACTURAS
Tenemos dos edificios y cada mes, cuando debemos liquidar iva, debemos abrir una a una las facturas que nos arroja el informe de Mews, porque en el excel que nos exporta el sistema, no especifica en ninguna celda, en cual edificio el cliente se hospedo. Esto, sobre todo en temporada alta, nos retrasa muchísimo el trabajo. Por favor agreguen esta celda y ayúdenos agilizar nuestras tareas adminitrativas. Gracias!!!

Travel Agent Commission Invoiced Through Mews
Ability to accept IATA number from channels and possibility to distinguish between IATA numbers in Mews. Include specific % commission for each Travel Agent.
Ability to list Travel Agent Production using Mews listing all guests stays within a given period for Commission Payment. Integration with a Travel Agency Payment platform should be an option.

Resources (parking lots, meeting rooms, co-working spaces and others) can be offered through multiple services
A hotel is not just rooms and beds. There are many resources in each hotel. There can be co-working spaces, parking lots, conference rooms, kitchens, sport courts, bikes or boats, sports equipment etc. (the list could be literally endless) and we want to manage them in the system and offer them to the guests just like we offer rooms and beds today. It would allow us to boost the non-accommodation revenue and diversify the hotel's business.

Solution for parking, office and meeting room management has been live and helping hundreds of Mews customers diversify their revenues for quite some time.
With the recent release of hourly reservations (details here https://releases.mews.com/en/introducing-hourly-services-to-maximize-your-revenue-PuFPZIwq), we are making it even easier to manage these services.
In the coming months, the team will be focusing on improvements for long stays (pro-rata, precise reporting, flexible products & housekeeping intervals etc.)

Add 'comment' condition to product rules
It would be useful to add more conditions to product rules; e.g., comments -- this would allow to create product rules based on matching words in the reservation comments.

Guest Segment Reporting by State/Province
This idea is about extending guest segmentation in Manager Analytics.
The North American market needs to be able to report not only by country but also by state/province/city.
This will allow for greater insight into which markets produce and allow for more targeted marketing to a specific region.
This takes into consideration the regional differences such as holidays.

Selling limits based on different variables
Requesting the ability to enter selling limits based on variables defined by the hotel.

Showing a subtotal of the items of one POS booking
Showing a subtotal of the items of one POS booking when you have an invoice containing several POS bookings.
Problem
When you print your invoices with a detailed description of the POS booking including all the items, you don’t see the subtotal when you have one or more POS bookings on one invoice. If there is a long invoice and you need to know how much one specific POS booking was, you need to calculate manually how much it is.Solution

task - department - mandatory field
we just hat the situation that a guest complained because we forgot a task.
This happened because the colleague who created the task forgot to set a Department.
As the Department just check the Task reports with the filter of their Department no one had this task on their report.
Is it possible to set the Department as a mandatory field?

Invoice Footer Translation
At the moment it is not possible to set the footer of invoices in different languages.
As we thank you the guest and wish him/her a good journey it is necessary to have the possibility to set this in other languages than only our main language.The heading (Invoice) and the names of the products are translated as well. Why not the footer?

Billing Stay Breakdown per Night
The stay at the billing needs to be breaked down to each night.
It is not clear for the guest if it says 1x350,00 € and the stay was for 4 nights.
