Selling limits based on different variables

Requesting the ability to enter selling limits based on variables defined by the hotel.

For example:

Rate Code + Space category + Number of rooms
Once number of rooms has been sold for X category with X rate, close ability to sell more

    I would like to be able to add another type of restriction, where we can set a maximum number of rooms that can be booked for a certain rate.

    For example; we want to create a package for a certain event together with one of our OTA partners. I want to limit the amount of rooms that can be booked for this certain package.

    Booking limit per rate type/no cap option

    Option to set up booking limited per rate type or segment.
    e.g. special promo can only be booked 10 nights on arrival date 1-3-22

    This would be great. As said, some lower rates we would only like to sell for a certain amount of numbers.

    Can you please look into the possibility of creating max to sell restriction?
    This would allow to set a restriction on how many times per day a rate could be sold. For instance a hotel that has a low entry rate to get the first rooms sold, or for rates with specific products.

    Cap a rate to close once you reach a certain amount of room sold with this rate

    I would love to make it possible to add maximum availability for a rate.
    For example we have a cheap sale rate. We don't want this rate to be sold more than 2x a day.
    After its been booked 2x it should close automatically

    We also need to be able to see the amount of rooms already sold for that rate/spacetype combination to be able to see the amount of rooms still available to sell within the limit.

    If you make your rategroups based on channels OTA's it is pretty simple to do now. It would be cool if the system can say at 80% we close all OTA's and only sell direct.

    Yes or to be able to add more than one rate group or rate to one restriction. That would solve that I can close out OTA but not my own home page.

    Per exemple, being able to close the rate sent to the OTAs, in order to have only our own website sold, as soon as a certain number of room are booked

    Add an automatic close out restriction when occupancy has reached a certain percentage. Block channel manager reservations while leaving website and "Commander reservation screens free for additional bookings."
