    Please action on this - sometimes we actually cancel and recreate an entire reservation because of this issue. It makes no sense that the price is altered with product value, simply because it needs to put it somewhere?

    We are working with Assa Abloy integrations and have self kiosk in some hotels. We experience on occasion a situation where we want to track how the key was created for the guest, but find that there is no method of actually tracing back (other then timestamp, and then use cctv) who has made the keycard and where.

    Basically, the request is, add 'who' made the key cards in the action log.

    How is it possible, that when a guest uses the Kiosk, and chooses an upsell, there is NO notification AT ALL for hotel team members to act upon?

    Good News! It is my pleasure to announce we have started a Beta of an improvement to our search bar that will allow users, among many things, to easily find the unassigned reservations that are causing the infamous red line on the timeline!


    If this is a common need, you can even save this search as a favorite (with the star icon on the search bar) and avoid having to type it!

    We reopened this request for further upvotes. It is fairly clear what is being requested and it will need more investigation from Mews. In the mean time we would ask you to continue to up vote if this is still a required connectivity feature request.

    Per 1st of April 2023, it is obligated in NL to add a deposit charge (statiegeld) when a can or PET bottle is sold. This deposit charge has to be visible on the receipt (should a guest ask) clearly stating its name and VAT(0%). It is urgent that this method should be made possible, either using a product rule based on a category, or in some other form
