Associate new products with courses
When creating a new product, the user should be able to associate it with a course. For example, Soup would fall under Starter.
If the waiter wishes to amend this during service, they can do so. However, if no selection is made, the item will automatically default to the course assigned when the product was created.

Wenn ein Gast vom Zimmer aus per QR Code bestellt, bekommen wir den "einen
Beep am S007" nicht mit!
Wenn dann sehen wir nur aus Zufall, dass wir eine Roomservice Bestellung haben, wenn wir AKTIV alle 30 Min auf das S700 schauen.Das kann aber nicht die Lösung sein! Wir bitten die Entwickler nach einer Lösung zu suchen, z. B.
- Automatischer Bon Druck bei Eingang einer digitalen Bestellung
- Alternativ Automatische Email bei BestellungWir empfinden dies als ein sehr dringendes Problem, zu dem es eine schnelle technische Lösung braucht!

ARCHIVE CASHIER WITHIN A POINT OF SALE
Be able to "archive" the cashier we do not use anymore even if we already have past invoices assigned to it so it does not appear while closing new tickets

Daily Report Categories
The daily report that is automatically emailed at 7am is very helpful.
However the Product Categories are scrambled.
There is no logic in the way they are reporting.
Its is reporting like this:
Food/ Main Course
Soft Drinks
Food / Starter
Wine / Red Wine
Food / Dessert
Beer / Draught
Hot Drinks
Food / Pizza
Wine / White Wine
Food / Breakfast
Food / Sandwiches

Trinkgeld-Labels im POS
Auf dem Trinkgeld-Bildschirm im Mews POS werden wertende Begriffe (z. B. "gut", "ausgezeichnet") als Labels für die Trinkgeld-Optionen angezeigt. Es gibt aktuell keine Einstellung, um diese Wortwahl zu ändern oder durch neutrale Labels (z. B. nur Prozent- oder Betragsangaben) zu ersetzen. Wunsch: Möglichkeit, die Trinkgeld-Labels frei oder zumindest neutral konfigurieren zu können, damit Gäste sich nicht durch die Formulierung unter Druck gesetzt fühlen.

Rechnungsdarstellung
Zur besseren Übersicht wünschen wir uns, dass alle POS-Umsätze eines Lightspeed-Belegs unabhängig von Preis oder Steuersatz auf der Mews-Rechnung in einer einzigen Zeile mit dem Gesamtbetrag des Belegs dargestellt werden.
Aktuell wird jeder einzelne Artikel aus Lightspeed als separate Rechnungsposition angezeigt, wodurch kein Gesamtbetrag pro POS-Beleg ersichtlich ist und die Rechnung schnell unübersichtlich wird.
Eine Zusammenfassung pro Lightspeed-Beleg würde die Lesbarkeit der Rechnung deutlich verbessern.

Printerstatus verwijderen
Wanneer je een bestelling naar de printer stuurt, komt in het scherm 'Printerstatus' te staan, waardoor je niet direct doorkan. Deze pop up zou wat mij betreft verwijderd kunnen worden, of klein in een hoekje van het scherm gezet kunnen worden waardoor je wel door **** klikken om de snelheid te bewaren.

Bonjour,
Exemple : une table prend un apéritif qui sort sur la réclame "apéritif".
Il souhaite une deuxième tournée nous sommes obligés de créer une autre réclame type "2 ème apéritif" si nous ne faisons pas cela et que nous laissons les articles sur la première réclame l'ensemble de la première + la deuxième sort sur les imprimantes ce qui fait que le personnels produits certains articles pour rien.Il serait judicieux de ne pas refaire sortir des articles deja réclamés auparavant.

Missing note field in purchase order
The ‘Notes’ field appears on the purchase order screen, but this information is not visible on the downloaded or printed PDF document. Only the following fields are supported (order number, supplier, date/time, products, quantities, prices, VAT, etc.).

Zusätzliche Sprache für Produkte im POS
Aktuell können Produktnamen nur auf eine Sprache hinterlegt werden. Wir wünschen uns pro Produkt ein zusätzliches Feld für einen englischen Produktnamen, damit internationale Gäste auf Rechnungen eine verständliche Bezeichnung sehen.

Trinkgelder in Mews POS separat erstatten können
Aktuell können Trinkgelder in Mews POS nicht separat oder teilweise erstattet werden. Die einzige Möglichkeit ist die Rückerstattung der gesamten Rechnung, auch wenn alle Produkte korrekt waren und nur das Trinkgeld falsch eingegeben wurde (z. B. Tippfehler am Terminal).
Bitte Trinkgelder separat erstattbar machen, ohne die komplette Rechnung stornieren zu müssen.1 vote -
Digital Ordering on different outlets
It would be useful to link different digital orderings to different outlets.
In particular having the QR codes set in different areas, the customer to scan and see a dedicated menu, and to let the order go through a specific outlet related to the area where the QR is set.
Right now it is possible to only have one generic Digital ordering "place".1 vote -
Possibility to change the final text after ordering
At the moment it is not possible to change the checkout text.
It always says "Your payment was processed successfully"
-> we would like to be able to delete this, since we often have groups that do not pay personally, but their online orders get paid separately in the group bill.

Roomservice-Gebühr bitte nur bei Zimmer Bestellung
Ich habe eingestellt, dass bei digital ordering, über QR Code die Gäste automatisch eine 4 Euro Roomservice Gebühr (pro Bestellung) verrechnet bekommen.
Dies gilt leider nun für ALLE QR BESTELLUNGEN auch von der Terrasse vor der Bar.
Hier braucht es dringend eine Splitting:
A) Hotelzimmer Bestellungen (plus 4 Euro) und
B) Ordering von Restaurant, Lobby, Bar oder Terrasse (=gebührenfrei!)Bitte um Unterstützung für dieses Voting ;O)

allergie
Es sollten von allen Gästen, auch den Mitreisenden, die Ernährungsanforderungen bzw. Allergien in den verknüpften Programmen erscheinen (Aleno). Für den Anfang wäre eine komplette Liste auch schon gut. Aber aktuell gibt es nur den Bucher/Hauptgast mit den Allergien.

POS: Bundle items should group identical products on kitchen tickets
Kitchen tickets should automatically group identical products even if they originate from bundles, so that identical items appear as “3 × Starter” instead of three separate lines.
The problem
We run a daily half-board menu in our hotel restaurant (as many other do too):
Starter
Soup
Main course (choice: Meat / Fish / Vegetarian)
DessertThe logical setup in Mews POS is to create this as a product bundle with a choice for the main course.
However, when the same bundle is ordered multiple times (for example 3 menus with different main courses), the kitchen ticket does not group identical…

POS customer profile with fake email
If a customer pays in the PMS and the same card is recorded at the POS too, a new customer profile is generated (same name and last name) with a fake email.
We kindly ask you to remove this logic as it creates useless customer profiles in the database, and it lead to risky management the by users at the Front Office.1 vote -
print Kitchen-Receipts again
It would be helpful to have the possibility to print receipts again in case there are problems with the printer. For example, the paper is empty, and only half of the receipt was printed.

report on worked hours of staff
Hi everyone,
I’d like to propose a feature that I believe would benefit many of us managing teams in Mews.
At the moment, it’s only possible to check worked hours per employee per day by opening each employee profile individually (and only via the app). This makes payroll processing quite time-consuming.
Suggested improvement:A centralized monthly report that shows, for all employees:
Hours worked per day
Worked days overview
Total hours worked per employee per month
Having this in one clear report would significantly streamline payroll administration and reduce manual work.

invoice search with keyboard
Context.
In specific invoices we are filling in the References and Notes, because we need to easily search them after let's say a week.
In the reference we input the room number, while in the notes we input the name/surname.Blocker.
When we need to search for that particular invoice, we can only input a numeric value in the search window in the app.Request.
To be able to insert also letters, so to use the full keyboard, therefore to search also for the notes field.1 vote
