I'm not sure if this is completely the same. But I think it would be great if the company notes are shown in the reservation of a guest.
Meaning if for a certain company the invoice is always on own account or especially the other way around we are able to see this directly in the reservation of a guest (when linked to this company).

This is a great idea, also the option to close the product one day before arrival (for products that need more time to arrange) would be nice.

Could you please elaborate? As far as I understand only in MEWS the availability is closed (strategy diffusive) but to the channel manager still 1 Deluxe room (as in the example above) is send.
It would therefore be interesting if also to the channel manager the overbooking is taken into account (when in strategy diffusive).

Hi Jonathan, not sure if this is the right place to share, but when creating a rate you can already add the segmentation. When this is done the segment is automatically added to a reservation.
