Accounting editable history window
Remowe/extend the limit of accounting editable history window. Now it is set for maximum 7 days, but it should be up to property do decide what period should be editable.

move unpaid items
Moving unpaid items from one bill A to another bill/ customer bill B is often not possible. We have to add a new bill C, and move bill A and B to bill C and end up with lots of empty bills that can not be deleted.
Empty bills should always be deleted automatically after moving the items.

departure and arrival different color
At this time the color in the space time for a departure and an arrival is the same color, it will be great it we can have a different color.

Mutiple Reservation Selection/ Edit Warning
When multiple reservations are selected within the group, users can easily make changes on the "Properties" tab or lock unlocking reservations and there are no warnings given.
It would be great if there is a small warning saying that the change will be applied to all the selected reservations.

Include 'Add New Company' Button From Guest Profile Screen
If you're searching for a company but the company doesn't exist in the system, usually there is an option to 'add new company' but this option doesn't exist when searching in the company field of the the guest profile for some reason. This would be super handy and avoid a lot of extra clicks.

Feature for space features in availability blocks
To be able to assign spaces as correct as possible for a group, there should be an option for feature requests in the availability block. So when you pick up the reservation from the block, it is auto-assigned to the correct space feature. Example: all crew want to have quiet rooms, or all wedding guests should have a sea view. This will be more efficient for the front desk that doesn't have to double check and re-assign spaces, and to make sure the guests get what is ordered without the possibility of human errors.

Outlet Report (Split between Revenue + Payments)
Outlet information should be split up based on Revenue and Payments in the Accounting Report to quickly see the total revenue of the day. This is similar to how Revenue and Payments are set for Revenue and Payments for transactions that take place inside the PMS.

Update Posting Journal format/information - more detailed
When pulling the "Gross Value" information, it would be great to have the Tax and Net Values pull into the report as well so only one report needs to be exported/run to determine what the net revenue and what the taxes were associated with each individual transaction. Right now I would have to run two separate reports to get this information and then manually match up the tax amounts with the net amounts to get the total amounts.
Also, when exporting this and reviewing, there is no easy way to create a pivot table with the items because the "ITEM"…

Is it possible to add a "Group by: Person Count" filter to both Reservation and Guest Inhouse Report?

Send link for credit card (no payment)
Have the option to send a link to the payment portal without amount, so the guest can enter their credit card securely. This is especially important for reservations via phone or email.

Availability blocks through different bookable services
We work with two bookable services; stay and shortstay, using the same rooms. We want to ensure availability until a certain time for our shortstay partners therefore, we are using availability blocks with the moving release option. Unfortunately, the availability blocks are only blocking rooms in one bookable service. Making it possible to book the blocked rooms in the stay bookable service. It would be great if the system blocks these rooms in both services when adding an availability block in one of the services.

Enhanced routing rules (on reservation level)
Many larger properties in the United States route rules on reservation level. For instance, in business travel, you need to route all room and tax to the paymaster and leave incidentals on the guest bill.

IATA registered travel agencies
Given that the roster of IATA registered travel agencies is essentially finite, though subject to occasional changes, with updates regularly made to the IATA database, it might be advantageous for Mews to integrate access to this database. This would facilitate the selection and mapping of IATA agencies.
This notion parallels the address search functionality already incorporated, ensuring that hotels maintain an up-to-date repository of agencies for collaboration. Presently, a challenge arises wherein some properties list IATA agencies as separate companies, while others opt for the lengthier process of creating a travel agent contract.

Improve Manager Analytics to include YoY comparison by day
Manager Analytics currently shows YoY comparison only on a monthly basis (this year's revenue vs last year's revenue).
Properties need a more granular report where YoY comparison will consist of individual dates.
Hoteliers want to see what the ADR, occupancy and revenue was last year vs this year (Jan 1st 2023 vs Jan 1st 2022, Jan 2nd 2023 vs Jan 2nd 2022). Include also the day of the week next to the date so that it's clear whether the date was a weekend or a weekday.
Having a report with this comparison would help hoteliers improve their revenue strategy.

reopen bills
Would it be possible to reopen a bill when the guests hasn’t arrived yet ? Can this be a future feature to ease the process of billing before arrival dates ?

The Availability Block departure date should automatically adjust to the future arrival date
When you enter the block arrival date, why wouldn't the departure date automatically jump to at least the same day as arrival day or the day after? It makes no sense that we have to manually make sure that the departure date is not before the arrival date?! It is time consuming.

Duplicate reservations
It would be time saving when reservations can be duplicated to other dates, while keeping the name, room settings etc.
