  1. Tasks Management: certain automated events in Mews create Automated Tasks. Admins would love the option to disable some of the recurring tasks

    Most automated Tasks, except for the Manual Settlement task enabled in the rate group setting, do not currently have the setting to edit/disable the task at will (for example: when payment requests are fulfilled).

  2. Currently, if a guest books multiple rooms, and even if they have multiple names listed for that registration, you can only print one registration card, and that card will only have one of the room numbers on it. It would be much better to be able to print a card for each room.

  3. Add a unique icon for a third category of age so in reports, we can easily see the difference between the adults, the kids and the teenagers as for some products, teenagers pay same price as adults but for others they don't so we need this distinct category.

  4. I am suggesting an enhancement to our current system functionality that would significantly improve efficiency in managing room availability.

    Currently, our system allows users to mark rooms as out of order individually, necessitating a manual process for each room. However, I propose the implementation of a bulk room blocking feature, enabling users to designate multiple rooms as out of order simultaneously.

    This enhancement would greatly benefit our operations, particularly during situations where it's necessary to temporarily remove several rooms from sales availability concurrently. By streamlining the process, we can optimize time and resources, enhancing overall efficiency in our hotel management…

  5. It would be very desirable if the restrictions could allow a rate or rategroup to be opened or closed in combination with a company or travel agency.

  6. When you need to extend a booking, you manually need to move future booking(s) before extending. If the future bookings aren't locked they should just be replaced in the timeline the same way as if you move between spaces.

    The problem happens when hotels are quite fully booked and you need to remove space for reservations and the puzzle it all together again after extending the one reservation in question.

  7. It would be an awesome feature, if you could individually select the color of a reservation in the timeline - that would make an overview much easier.

    For example: Two rooms are booked from the same customer. Therefore you can select a specific color for both reservations. Then you can easily recognise bookings in the timeline, that belong together.

  8. Let the acc. provider decide at which time the night audit shout take place.
    So it is easier for late arrival or Bars to post there revenue.

  9. Total amount of pre-authorizations, currently there is only a list but not a total amount. We can see this amount in reports and from the client's profile for consumption control

  11. It would be useful to allow clients to duplicate the "Name" identified in the field "Name*" within the export scheduler page (right side, under the "enabled" box) in the file name that is generated to indicate where the file came from and the interval it was generated for.

  12. There is no report on issuing a statement for an individual company, at any time of the month which should include invoice number, date of invoice, amount and the period (if it's overdue, how many days). Statements should be issued to companies on a regular basis in order to allow them to reconcile the account!

  13. Block desk agents from accessing the cashier report in order to allow for blind drops for cash handling. Have system close and reset cashiers when it switches over to the new day.

  14. Allow a manager to set the minutes per room as a goal time for due outs and stay overs. Have this option to print on the housekeeping assignee report to be able to set a goal time and accountability for the staff.

  15. We would like to require all bookings to have zero balance, or be linked to a ledge in order to proceed to check-in. We run a lean operation and all our bookings should be fully pre-paid at time of booking or upon arrival, we want to disable the ability to check-in a booking if there's a balance outstanding.

  18. It would be awesome and time saving to have a search bar in the check out report screen - instead of having to ctrl + F to find reservation here as this screen is amazing to use for checkouts and being able to see the bill balance but alas without a search bar its not 100% of the way there.

  19. When we want to post for example minibar to a guest bill on checkout - this is 6+ clicks - it would be awesome to have a drop down menu on the bill page which you select the service to be posted and it automatically creates a bill. This saves in many cases very precious time on checkout both for the staff but more importantly the guests.

    I am aware its less clicks from the checkout doughnut - but here you have to ctrl + f to find the room etc so time wise you do not save any time…

  20. It would be really useful for us to have the ability, in a group reservation, to configure the consumption of products for each day in different ways.
    Example for a 3 night stay:
    - With the first night: consumption of one dinner only
    - With the second night: consumption of breakfast, lunch and supper
    - With the 3rd night: consumption of breakfast, dinner and supper. Plus the consumption of lunch on the morning of departure.
    So, for example, our kitchen team could know the number of products to prepare for each day simply by consulting the Product Report.
