Export report to PDF
It is not possible to schedule reports into a PDF in de scheduled exports.
When you can have it in PDF it's easier to review the reports for us.

We would be in favour of being able to automatically send reports in PDF format in the future. The reports are usually clearer in PDF format.

As soon as accounting is handled externally and not within the company itself, detailed payout reports in PDF format would be very helpful. Currently, only Excel exports are possible, but from an accounting audit perspective, this is not sufficient – they should be available as PDFs. Therefore, it would be great if these reports could be generated directly in PDF format from Mews and, ideally, also sent automatically rather than only being available as Excel files.

It would be greatly appreciated if the operational reports, such as housekeeping, halfboard and breakfast lists, could be sent as PDFs instead of .csv files, as the current format is not ideal for operations.

For the new Ledgers (Beta), having the possibility to print in PDF please

Right now, if a report is large (example: over a year's time), Mews is slow, and we therefore need to export in Excel instead of "View Report". It would be great if it could be exported to PDF as well.

It would save our breakfast chef a lot of time to be able to export reports automatically to PDF. The spreadsheet versions are not helpful and they are time consuming to edit.

Totally dont geti why that is not possible. You adjust the report to your liking, print it, show a pdf and as soon as you schedule that as export it looks totally different. Would be great to save report settings as "favorite" and to schedule the export as pdf.

We are using the automatic export feature to export financial reports. The only choice is CSV, XLS, JSON. We are missing PDF. Our export target is the accountant. For legal reasons, he does not accept anything else than PDF.

Dropping in this comment again as it seems appropriate to this thread!

The onscreen reports are petty good.
However, when exported to excel, they become over-complicated and lose their effectiveness for the average reader.
When I try to print to PDF via the button, I lose the onscreen formatting, and when I try to print the screen it's 50/50 if it prints as I see it.
Well-designed PDF Report exports seem a no-brainer!

We would like to schedule an export of the Manager Report for our Directors.
However, the only option is to export to a spreadsheet. Ideally they need to see a clean PDF version with the same simple formatting that we can see on the MEWs page.
i.e. can we please have an export format in PDF for the Manager Report, that matches the same onscreen formatting in MEWS, which we can schedule to send automatically to a selected Export Target?
