This is an absolutely critical feature for us! We were not expecting this to be an issue until we went live. The booking process is now longer than it was before getting on Mews and more prone to human error since all of our reservations always require deposit which is based on the nightly rate.
Our last booking system would generate the deposit to be paid based on the rules we had set so that we could quote what the guest would be charged before we finalized the reservation. It also had a way to override the deposit amount.
