Routing rules - Bulk update
Currently you need to set an individual routing rule per company/ travel agency. Please add the option to add a rule to bulk/all companies on the system instead of having to add one by one. The aim on this occasion is to have the company that is assigned to the guest profile reflect on the final bill.

Extra beds
We highly request a function that allows us to have an inventory of all our extra beds in Mews, and that automatically keeps track of when/how many xbeds that are sold. To make sure that we don´t oversell them.
As it is today, we need to manually keep track of incoming reservations that needs xbeds, and put this in an excel document - this needs to be done several tims a week and it takes a lot of time and effort, when it should be a simple solution in the system.3 votes -
Extend booking automatically if future booking(s) isn't locked
When you need to extend a booking, you manually need to move future booking(s) before extending. If the future bookings aren't locked they should just be replaced in the timeline the same way as if you move between spaces.
The problem happens when hotels are quite fully booked and you need to remove space for reservations and the puzzle it all together again after extending the one reservation in question.

Dynamic pricing for group blocks
It is not possible to use dynamic rates for availability blocks, only set rates. As some groups or crews have dynamic agreements, this means the hotel can’t set the correct rate for them.
Since Mews now will work on groups with different release dates etc. (“allotment”) will it be considered to also look into dynamic pricing from availability blocks?

Mandatory reason when waiving cancellation fees
Adding a mandatory reason for waiving cancellation fees would help with internal auditing and accountability. We have a lot of cases where staff don't remember why the fees were waived and we are losing out on money. Providing this extra option would give the GMs a a good tool to monitor.

Zero Balance Required for Check-in
We would like to require all bookings to have zero balance, or be linked to a ledge in order to proceed to check-in. We run a lean operation and all our bookings should be fully pre-paid at time of booking or upon arrival, we want to disable the ability to check-in a booking if there's a balance outstanding.

Add voice massages in the internal Chat
Option to add voice massages into the internal chat.
People who speak multiple languages cannot write all words. This way you can simply send a short message with less hassle

The Availability Block departure date should automatically adjust to the future arrival date
When you enter the block arrival date, why wouldn't the departure date automatically jump to at least the same day as arrival day or the day after? It makes no sense that we have to manually make sure that the departure date is not before the arrival date?! It is time consuming.

Credit card close to expiry
It would be great to have a warning/ prompt display if we enter a credit card into Mews that is close to expiring. Occasionally we have guests arrive that provide a card to cover incidentals for their check-out but it expires during their stay. If we cannot get a hold of the guest prior to them checking out to supply us with a new card then there is a chance they could leave without paying their bill making it difficult to chase up.

Travel Agent Contract search
The only filter option for Travel Agent Contract is Country. This makes it really difficult to find the correct contract, especially when you have several with approximately the same name.
Or - if Travel Agent Contract could be a filtering for the Companies so it could be found from there.

Please add following interval for scheduled reports:
"NEXT 5 DAYS"schedule starts 8/9 07h00 -> report for 9/9, 10/9, 11/9, 12/9, 13/9
next schedule 9/9 07h00 -> report for 10/9, 11/9, 12/9, 13/9, 14/9
etc...Maybe also 'next 10 days' as an extra option.

Consolidation and Renaming
We need a quick option to consolidate items in billing and rename them.
So f.eks. we sell our guest a soup and a panini through our trivec system, but when we send the bill we have companies that wants those two items to be consolidated into one item and renamed “hot meal"

Single Space Under 2 or more category type
Single Space Under 2 or more category type
The feature to automatically disable the other category when one category is booked for a single room/bed is not available.
For example Room 101 is a Quad room but I also want it to be a four-bed dormitory room. Depends on the first customer the bed will be selected as a quad room or a 4 bed dormitory. The other category will be disabled when another one is selected if dormitory it will be dormitory and quad room category will be disabled for that room.

show occupancy in restrictions calender
In order to check if restrictions are still valid / necessary, the occupancy (overall and per room type) should be displayed in the restrictions calendar (as in rate management). This is very important to check if MLOS and close restrictions are still valid.

Guest Balance Visibility
A guest's balance should be readily apparent at the top of their profile as soon as you click on their name on the timeline, without having to load the full profile or scroll down at all, for every type of reservation.

Synxis > Mews integration > Routing rule for travel agencies
With the Synxis > Mews integration we have the option to enable "Create company and travel agency profiles". Is it possible to also include a second step which creates a routing rule for the agency?

Automatic Billing of Travel Agents
It would be a big time saver if it was possible to send bills to Travel Agents (and other companies) automatically on a set date (e.g. the first of every month).
With the new company billing features this would make the workflow very efficient and ensure that no bills would be forgotten to send.
