Deactivate a product without deleting it.
It would be interesting to be able to deactivate a product temporarily, without having to delete it permanently.
By deactivating it, it remains easily available for reactivation, but does not pollute the list of available products or become a potential source of confusion.4 votes -
Price closing at a specific occupancy
We would like to have a rate that closes at an occunpancy above the 85%.

Rebates causing distorted monthly revenue
When an invoice is issued for the following month but then the booking gets cancelled in the current month - the revenue will be posted in the following month but the revenue of the current month will be reduced.
In other words there will be 'fake' revenue in the following month but the revenue in the current month will be lower that it actually is.
This is also affectig VAT.The rebate should be posted on the same day as the items are consumed and not on the day of the cancellation.

Consolidation and Renaming
We need a quick option to consolidate items in billing and rename them.
So f.eks. we sell our guest a soup and a panini through our trivec system, but when we send the bill we have companies that wants those two items to be consolidated into one item and renamed “hot meal"

Restrict access to specific rates
Add a feature where specific rates (e.g heavily discounted private rates) can not be viewed by all users and instead only be booked by certain higher management.

Automatic Billing of Travel Agents
It would be a big time saver if it was possible to send bills to Travel Agents (and other companies) automatically on a set date (e.g. the first of every month).
With the new company billing features this would make the workflow very efficient and ensure that no bills would be forgotten to send.

Show spaces where housekeeping staff are working
Option to mark the room, where HSK is currently in. So Front office can see where HSK is currently in and the Manager knows wehere they are (especially if they have more houses / villas or so on one property)

Mark company contacts as no longer active
In the comany profile there should be a way to "archive" or mark related contacts as "past" or "previous" contact persons. So that when one is viewing the related contacts of a company (customer profiles linked to a company profile) only the current hones are displayed, while the past contacts are still visible but cleary marked as "past contacts".

Action Log Invoices
It would be more efficient to be able to see if an invoice is sent, through the action log of the invoice itself, rather than going to ''mail'' and setting all the filters. Sometimes debtors claim that they did not receive their invoice, this would be an easy way to check this.

Can't "unallocate" a provisional booking?
We are trying to remove the unit number from a provisional booking but don't seem to be able to do so. this is something you are able to do with a confirmed booking. any chance this feature can be enabled for optional bookings too?

Produkte einfacher/übersichtlicher
Da wir viele Produkte haben müssen diese übersichtlicher sein.
Aktuell kann nicht angewählt werden wie viele von diesen Produkten gebucht werden möchten. Das heisst: wenn jemand zwei Hunde mitnimmt, muss ein extra Produkt erfasst werden mit 2 Hunde. Es kann nicht die Anzahl vom Produkt 1 Hund auf 2 erhöht werden. Jede Anzahl braucht ein einzelnes Produkt.
1x ein Hund – 1x zwei Hunde. Dasselbe ist mit den Tickets, die wir verkaufen.
Der Wunsch ist, dass der Gast das Produkt Hund anwählen kann und dann manuell mit einer Zahleingabe auswählen kann wie viele Hunde er mitnimmt.4 votes -
add sort code to accounting figuration
you have recently amended the accounting configuration for the invoices so that company name and bank account, iban and bic are able to be filled in and display. however, in the UK / Channel Islands we also have a sort code which is vital information for payments made. could this please be added as otherwise this configuration is a bit pointless for us

Add another default response when a room cannot be booked for one night but is available for multiople nights
Frequently a guest may be searching for a one night stay and if no one night stay options are available for room the default response in Mews is "the room is not available". It would be more accurate to respond that "the room is only available for 2-nights, 3-nights, etc" The guest would at least know there is option to stay if they opt for more nights but the current default response implies that there is no availability and if they had known there was option for multiple nights it is possible they would book the room.

product dynamic pricing to show on product overview screen
It is a great feature that we can set dynamic pricing but on the product overview screen there is no indication that a price has been overridden, making this impossible to track and monitor.

Increase number of items bill
Currently we have a limit on the quota of the bills for 3000 items. Anything beyond that, the bill will not be closed and the profile will not be able to get checked-out. It is due to the reason that the overloaded amount of items can potentially cause the degraged preformance of the system.

Option to add produt rules on travel agency
Give also an option to add product rules on Travel Agency level. Due contract or other reasons we need to apply some rules to specific Travel Agency which could not be distinguished by creating a separate rate plan. With this option even a rate plan is shared or booked by multiple Travel Agencies but a product will only be added to that specific Travel Agency.

Payment method on confirmation and visible on reservation screen.
We are missing the feature in reservations to quickly see payment method.
We would like to request an option or tick-box with:Payment type:
1. Upon arrival by cash or card.
2. Roomnight, breakfast and citytax on account.
3. All costs on account.
4. Package via voucher, citytax and extra’s upon departure by cash or card.It is intended for check-in and for on the confirmation to the guest.
We have a lot of business guests during the week, some need to pay themselves and some go on account to the company.With check-in the receptionist should with a glance…
