  1. We would like to receive the rebates report with the notes of our employees why they have cancelled the article. Now you can not see the notes and makes it hard to control voidings.

  2. Historical reports for past groups that show their pick-up, average rate, and total revenue.Historical group reports are important to most hotel’s performance. It is also needed on a weekly basis to complete the STR report for the previous week.

  3. Hello everyone,

    I work a lot with accounting reports to provide data to external Excel files that create very clean dashboards. I have set up an automatic sending from Mews to my mailbox, but the Excel files are too large.

    Do you have any suggestions or possibilities to increase the maximum file size that can be sent to our mailbox? Receiving them by email saves me a lot of time since I manage six properties in Mews.

  5. Our establishment has to deal with numerous overbookings and, following discussions with your support team, we were told that Mews does not have any features designed to prevent this situation. Overbookings are a nightmare for responsible hoteliers, who have to find alternative accommodation at their own expense if no solution can be found internally, and they have a negative impact on the satisfaction of the guests affected.   7. It would be much more efficient if we could add a new payment method directly while creating a reservation—without needing to first create a profile or open a separate tab. Many of us finalize reservations without a payment method initially, so having this option in the same workflow would really streamline the process.

  11. We’d like the flexibility to define different cancellation policies per room category, without creating separate rates.
    Example:
    - Standard Room: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
    - Suite with Sea View: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival

    Both should be part of the same rate, shown consistently across booking channels and internal systems.
    Maybe as a rule?

  12. Is it possible to change the number of items on the product checklist to, for example, 250? Currently when we switch pages the system slows down, so it would be great to have all items on one list for a smoother operation.

  13. Is it possible to add a consumption date in the invoice preview for the products and services?
    To see the consumption details we need to "print” the invoice to see the overview.
    It would be more optimal to have it visible on the invoice preview.

  18. Is it possible to consider not making this field mandatory to set the number of days, especially if the property wishes for their integration to default all space status changes, and Mews not to be the one changing the space to Dirty automatically.

    If it must be mandatory, it would be useful if properties using "Housekeeping Integrations" could select their integration in a drop-down menu from that field to indicate that Mews will not automatically change the status of the space. The clients can revert back to Mews and Set the number of days as needed.

  20. Sería muy útil poder generar un informe de "Estado de los Espacios" que ofrezca las siguientes opciones:

    1. Poder imprimirlo en horizontal (el .pdf se genera automáticamente en vertical y eso comprime la información y dificulta su lectura para el servicio de limpieza)
    2. Poder ocultar nombres de la reserva/huéspedes (por privacidad/protección de datos)
    3. Que aparezca algún gráfico que permita leer más fácil si hay una salida/entrada, bloqueo, libre, sucia, LCO, etc.
    4. Que se pueda ver la fecha de entrada/salida, duración de la estancia y cuántos días le quedan.

    Para nuestro trabajo diario es imprescindible, sin embargo, debido a que el informe…
