  1. Instead of only being able to email the guest email due to it being linked to the profile, it would be great if we could have the tool to choose between guest private email or company's email for example or simply make a "costum" button.

  2. At the moment when looking at open accounts it shows all of the open accounts for people past, present and future.

    It makes it extremely hard to check what open accounts we have now when having future bookings associated with this list. I would really like it if mews would take future bookings out of this list so it makes it easier for users and hotels.

  3. Create a section by departments (Housekeeping, maintenance, Customer service ...) in which, you can upload photos by apartments or rooms to know incidents and the whole team can see it.

  5. As housekeeping complete their daily cleaning schedule, they are often responsible for restocking minibar products or other room amenities. Therefore, adding stay product details within the Commander application could provide stocking information and reporting capabilities so that each room is prepared exactly right for the next arriving guest.

  6. To enhance the visibility and usability of the loyalty program interface by introducing tier-based color differentiation for the loyalty icon. This change aims to improve user experience for both guests and staff by making member status instantly recognizable. This would help the staff members to quickly identify loyalty tier during check-in or service interactions, members would feel more recognized and valued.

  9. Hi, we need to filter by last name, but the export only contains first and last name in one cell, so we can only filter by first name.

  10. Access to reservations, but read only. This is useful for smaller properties where for example the security guard needs to check passports/ID to make sure the correct person is in front of them.

    But then don't give them the access to make any changes to them.

  12. It would be useful if Mews could automatically close a bill once it is balanced. This would mean the bill is pushed to integrated accounting software (e.g. Xero) at the time of payment being received, so that accounts can be easily reconciled. Currently, a booking could be made in Mews for several months in the future and payment taken at the time of booking, however the bill will not be closed and then pushed to the integrated accounting software until they check out (or it is done manually). This means accounts cannot be easily reconciled without extra work.

  13. Reservation screen has multiple tabs - billing, payments, dashboard, profile. It takes a lot of steps to find all information and it doesn't sit in one place. Simplify getting around the reservation with all the details.

  14. When we create a new rate in the Channel Manager, it would be best practice if we could only send that rate to the channel manager and not all the rates that we have in the channel manager as how is today. Of cause, we need to have a "full property push" available, but the option to push just the newly created rate would be the best in a day-to-day basis. Then the data that we send out is going to be much less.

  15. To expand on the new Group Blocks feature, I would love a simple Group Block Agreement form/report that summarizes the number of rooms blocked, the dates associated with the rooms and the nightly (pre-tax) rooms rate.

    It would have a customizable "terms" section where we can note cancelation policies, block release date etc and have a signature page for the client to sign.

    Right now we have to generate this outside of Mews, which creates additional work. Happy to send you a sample of what we are looking for!

    Which types of groups would you typically add "terms' for? For example corporates or leisure.

  17. I would like to be able to download the action log to excel. It will make it easier for me to control the work of the revenue manager who changes the prices. It would be good to be able to download this report automatically via exports ->schedules.

  18. Add a percentage of discount directly in the voucher, to allow us to apply a private discount on any public rate with a voucher code instead of create a new rate code.

  19. It would be great if you had the option to not only update a task when opening it, but also to close it from that same window. Now you need to update it, close the task and then only are you able to complete it from the list (task list or within the reservation).
    would save time if you had that close button within the task (so both update and complete/close)

  20. Currently you can adjust a price for an entire space category for an unlimitied period of time. Could be great to have the possibility to have different prices adjustements according to certain period of time.
    Example: the Superior room is +20% from the classic from 1st january to 28th february and + 50% from 01st march to 31 may.
