  1. The {bill} placeholder is already available to add in the subject of the Bill sent email template, however this placeholder is not available for the body of the email. Adding the {bill} placeholder to the body of the email template, would give additional options to this email.

  2. We would like to submit a few modifications regarding the Mews Booking Engine, which is used by a variety of hotels with different concepts.

    Choice of pictogram: We would like each user to have the option to select a pictogram based on the type of accommodation they manage, for example, a "house" pictogram instead of "bunk bed."

    Clarification on pricing: Below the price, it currently states "per room/per night." We request that this be changed to "per accommodation," and this should also apply in all languages version. Or give the possibility to choose if we want it per room or…

  3. The rates on registration card shouldn't appear for the bookings made through travel agency or any other third-party bookings. When we choose to show the rates on registration card and print all the card from reservation overview the rates appear for the all category of booking. Please assist with the same.

  4. There exists a "Booking Abandoned" flow (the 15mins offset) in the booking engine configuration. However, this flow does not apply to Availability Block Reservations picked up via that same booking engine link. It would be great to consider the same rule for these types of reservations as well.

  5. Add the option to "safe" information on a bill/invoice for future reservation.

    For example:

    Be able to attach referens and voucher numbers to the bill. I have noticed you can only attach the information when you are abou to send the invoice.

  6. Currently any direct reservations cannot have a date change action completed by the guest. The only option is to cancel and rebook. Or contact the property to change the booking stay dates.
    Other PMS and OTA tools have this functionality, can this please be developed so the guest has full control of their reservation?

  7. There should be the possibility that when over a period one rate is ending and another begins, a rate should still be displayed if one wants to book over that period.

    For example:

    Rate 1 is bookable until the 20th of December.
    Rate 2 is bookable from the 21st of December.

    Currently, if a guest wants to book from the 20th to the 21st of December, no availability and rate is displayed.

    It would be useful for to display a combined rate.

DOEL van reservering is een verplicht veld met 3 prefixes (student, recreatie, zakelijk) - voor ons zorghotel niet relevant en het is niet aanpasbaar. aangezien het ook een verplicht veld is in de online kiosk hebben we daarom alle mails uitgezet. Het zou goed zijn als je daar aanpassingen in **** doen zodat het past bij het hotel.

  11. we would like to offer our breakfast online for campers. Due to the different VAT rates, 2 items must currently be posted (share of drinks, share of food). This is of course too cumbersome for the guest.

    Is there a way that I can create a product when the guest books (e.g. breakfast camping 15,-) and Mews automatically splits this booked service into two products?

  12. If mews could sell USB camera modules that could be placed next to kiosks/computers for easier Document "Scanning".
    If all documents are the same brightness, distance from the lens it could speed up the scanning procedure.

  13. TA contracts are connected to bookable services i.e. they are not shared like companies are. Some properties want to import TA contracts from one bookable service to another, they might work with the same partners in different areas (resort/apartments). Maybe it would be beneficial to allow properties to download and then import this information (maybe CSV format) from one bookable service to another?

  14. We should be able to create a booking engine for companies, where booking is only possible if you have a voucher code. This prevent guests withour a company agreement to book without giving credit card information.

  16. hiya, I am trying to assign an existing travel agent to two bookings for a different service (cots). although i can assign the agent to the unit reservations, it will not allow me to assign them to the two other bookings.

  17. Create the option for a guest photo to be added to the Internals - Guest Notes section of MEWS please.
    The new update is great with categorized notes.
    Being able to upload a picture of our VIP and regular guests would be really helpful
