1. Adding a "tax-exempt" marker for guests In Austria

   The problem
   In Austria — and likely in other jurisdictions with a local tourist/bed tax — certain guests are exempt from the tax. A common case is business travellers or contract workers who become exempt after a set number of nights (for example, from the 3rd night onward under some municipal rules).

   Today there is no way in Mews to flag a guest or a reservation as tax-exempt on the registration form / guest report. As a result, properties have to report these exemptions to their municipality manually, outside of Mews. This is time-consuming, easy to get wrong, and has to be repeated for every exempt stay.

   The request
   Add an optional "tax-exempt" field (checkbox) that can be set on a guest or reservation and is reflected in the registration form and guest-reporting output, so an exemption is captured at source and flows correctly into the guest/tax report.

2. Having 3 bookables services together on the dashboard

   I would like to have the option to see my 3 bookables services together on my dashboard instead of selecting them one by one.

3. invoice

   It would be nice to be able to attach images or PDF files to specific invoices, both as internal reference as well as for guests' purview, in case of forwarded costs from an external receipt - e.g.: an external laundry service that doesn't accrue any service fees from the hotel's side, but just gets posted 1:1 on the client's bill with 0% VAT.

4. rate management tabs

   It would be nice to be able to manually change daily rates like in a tab environment (enter amount -> Tab - >enter next amount etc.), confirming everything at once, maybe one and maybe 200 entry changes - without having to confirm for every single entry change while losing sight of it all (and time, and nerves...)

5. travel company automatic settlement settings with VCCs

   It would be nice that the option to skip automatic settlements that can be set for specific travel companies would actually WORK also when dealing with VCCs (virtual credit cards). Apparently the option works for every other payment method, but as soon as the system sees a virtual card POOF! "sorry, I cannot follow such a complicated train of thought, I have to try and charge the given card exactly as told in the payment policies, I don't care that you manually ordered me to skip the automatic settlements"... I mean - WHY?? :P

6. Internals already visible on reservation screen

   We would like to see profile internals, after typing the guest name in reservation. Now the "customer field" shows only name and e-mail - can we get internals on this line also? Would help a lot fx returning guest or preferences.

7. Limited booking offer / Limite de réservation

   Bonjour,

   Je souhaiterais suggérer une amélioration permettant de définir un nombre maximum de réservations pour une offre, un produit ou un forfait spécifique.

   🎯 Objectif :
   Limiter automatiquement les ventes d’une offre dès qu’un certain quota est atteint (ex. : 10 réservations maximum pour une promotion, un forfait avec repas, une activité ou un événement spécial).

   🔧 Fonctionnalité souhaitée :
   Pouvoir définir un nombre maximal de réservations pour chaque offre ou produit.

   Une fois le seuil atteint, l’offre devient non réservable ou est masquée automatiquement.

   Option de réinitialisation manuelle ou automatique du compteur (ex. : chaque jour, semaine ou mois).

   Notification interne quand le quota est presque atteint.

   ✅ Bénéfices :
   Meilleure gestion des offres limitées (événements, repas, massages, etc.).

   Évite les surréservations.

   Augmente l’efficacité opérationnelle avec les partenaires.

   Permet de créer un sentiment d’urgence chez les clients (effet marketing).

   Améliore le contrôle des ventes sans avoir à faire un suivi manuel.

   I would like to suggest an improvement that would allow us to set a maximum number of reservations for a specific offer, product, or package.

   🎯 Goal:
   Automatically limit the sales of an offer once a defined quota is reached (e.g. 10 bookings maximum for a promotion, meal package, activity, or special event).

   🔧 Requested Feature:

   Ability to define a maximum number of reservations for each offer or product.

   Once the threshold is reached, the offer is either no longer bookable or automatically hidden.

   Option to reset the counter manually or automatically (e.g. daily, weekly, or monthly).

   Internal notification when the quota is nearly reached.

   ✅ Benefits:

   Better management of limited availability offers (events, meals, massages, etc.).

   Prevents overbooking.

   Improves operational efficiency with external partners.

   Helps create a sense of urgency for guests (marketing effect).

   Enhances sales control without requiring manual monitoring.
