  3. We offer a guest different room categories and send him this in an offer.
    Now it must be possible for him to confirm only one category and reject all others.
    Unfortunately, this has not been possible to date.

We have to make statistics in most countries and it would help a LOT if the other guest on a reservation who does not have a profile, is automatically the same nationality as the "owner" of the reservation. We have a lot of missing nationalities and we can not correct them without adding every single person with a new profile, in every single reservation and that is too much work.

  5. The Mail Template page displays every email which can be sent by Mews, however there is no indication asto whether or not the email is active / enabled.

    It would be ideal to display the status of each email, so at a glance we know which emails are enabled and which are disabled without having to review stay settings.

  7. This may be a bug; however, mews applies the returning guest classifaction also in case a guest cancels his booking and then makes a new one. The returning guest classification should only be applied in case of a consumed (checked-in and out) reservation.

  9. Include all fields of the guest internals tab in the guest profile report. Guest profile notes are sometimes more important than reservation notes to give clarity to classifiers.

  10. I realised that the Mews booking engine does not use labels for the form (first name, last name, email address, ...). Autofill won't work properly.

    Most browsers support autofill and I think Mews should make use of that. It will bring more convenience for guests.

  11. it would be a cool e-commerce feature increasing conversion if we could send a reminder and summary of an abandoned booking in distributor via e-mail. A personalised text and an easy way to book would be a must.

  12. Please adjust the length of the e-mail queue to one year. I can look back for four months, but we book one year ahead. So this means that for most of my guests, I cannot see the confirmation e-mail. If the guest does not have it themselves, I cannot prove that and what they booked with us (which is very awkward as you can imagine).

  14. Create an additional guest classification option under internal notes for corporate guests. So we can easily differentiate between guests who paid corporate fixed rates and standard rates

  17. Show a mark or warning on blacklisted guests when making a new reservation instead of the warning when clicking "Book now".

  18. Display lowest available public rate in booking engine while selecting dates ( similar to SynXis booking engine), or show no availability.

  19. We have been experiencing a lot of difficulties due to the so called auto-replenishment tool at Booking.com which cannot be deacticated. They basically sends the cancelled rooms/beds back to sales without waiting for an update from PMS first. It can lead to mismatch in the actually available inventory. This can happen especially in the situations when we e.g. upgrade reservations to other room categories. This change is not being sent to the channel manager/Booking.com at the moment.
    If you could build a feature which send reservation updates from Mews to the channel manager(e.g. date update, room category update), that would…

  20. Some OTAs allow the customer to change Onsite payment to Online Prepaid reservation up until the check in.
    Currently the routing rules do not trigger when the payment option updates.

    We would appreciate if the routing rules trigger when the payment updates into "Online Prepaid" so that we do not accidentally charge the guest twice.
