Pop up returning guest
When you make a new reservation with a returning guest profile there comes a pop-up with important details about the guest.
Just a note screan that we can fill in, about room numbers they prefer, if they have a dog, that they always want an extra pillow etc.

is it possible to personalize notes.
So if you press Ctrl + F and at the top of the note appearse your name.

Profiles, Find Address By Typing Here - Too Eurocentric!
This is a great feature, however it seems to be Euro-centric, in that the house numbers are being put at the END of the guest's address.
Is there anyway to fix this so that Australian addresses always have the house number BEFORE the street address?

Mulitple confirmation templates
Create different types of confirmations for different types of rates. For example for the holidays we want our guests to receive the right confirmation with all their reservation contains.

purpose
Make "PURPOSE" non -configurable in the setup so agents do not have to see it or have the ability to adjust it. Similar to the choice given to market segments

Each part of booking engine on a new URL
Having date picker, category, room select, checkout and confirmation on all separate URLs instead of sitting on the one url the whole time would be much easier to manage with tracking and it we could re-direct to our own custom confirmation page.

Promo code should be on the checkout page
Putting promo code on the date picker is not a usual user journey and they will be confused. Having it on the checkout page is much more normal and better for UX.

Change the term "category" in the booking engine to "apartment" or make it customised
If we are able to customise fields like "category" hotels can call it room, we can call it apartments etc. Just much less confusing than category for the user.

Name changes
Why is it that if a name is entered incorrectly at reservation, that if it is updated in the system, it doesn't show up as changed on the timeline or the guest's dashboard?
It's not until you go completely into the guest's profile that you can see the changes.
EG: A guest uses the name Bob at reservation then later asks for it to be under Robert Dawson. The name Bob is the only thing that shows on the timeline and dashboard2 votesHello all,

duplicate profile report
To be able to generate a report of duplicate profiles (All profile types) report. This will help in managing the merging process for individual profiles and at least flag the other duplicates that can not be merged ie company profiles.

Kiosk App Update Timing
Update Timing Kiosk App: it would be very helpful to have a way of being able to determine the period in which the kiosk app receives its update? Since we have been using the app, it has repeatedly happened that the app receives an update just when guests have arrived and are waiting to be checked in. The update takes time which the guests do not have. So maybe it would be an idea to design it so that we as users of the app can decide when to download the current update - after we have received a message…

Require a valid CC on file
Require a valid CC on file in order to allow a reservation to become guaranteed. Reservations taken by phone / email / in-person don't currently require a credit card on file. A front desk agent can select "Cash" or some other form of payment for a reservation.

This would be especially useful for reservations for which there is no Travel Agency involved.

Copy a task to multiple reservations
When adding multiple reservations to one guest profile, it would be beneficial to copy paste all the tasks to the other reservations. Therefore, it would be beneficial to add more reservations to one task or an option to copy and paste a task.

Dropthrough when having multiple reservations in one profile
With the new group option you have the possibility to add multiple reservations to one profile. However when you add a big group of rooms in multiple reservations (think about tour bookings, same date 20+ rooms) in one profile, you see many reservations in your right screen (manage). It would be more clear if you create a drop-through per reservation date, so you do not see all the seperate reservations and rooms. Meaning that you will see all the reservations below eachother instead of also seeing all the rooms under the date. In this way you have a better overview…

Namenlijst voor groepen
Wanneer je de namenlijst downlaod met de nieuwe groepsfunctie (multiple reservations). Pakt die alle reserveringen in die profiel, dit is niet handig want voor groepen heb je wel is verschillende namen per reservering ( denk aan tourboekingen). Daarnaast als je de namenlijst downlaod staat alle datums door elkaar, dit is niet in te vullen op een normale manier. Alvast bedankt!
