Toggle for Reservation Wallet Pass in Guest Portal
Add a setting that allows properties to enable or disable the "Reservation Wallet Pass" (or Add to Wallet button) in the Guest Portal.
Problem:
Some clients do not want guests to see the “Add to Wallet” option (Apple/Google Wallet) because they don’t use QR codes, want to simplify the interface, or prefer different workflows. Right now, they have no way to hide it if they do not want to use it.Solution:
Provide a property-level toggle that controls whether the Add to Wallet button appears in the Guest Portal.Expected Impact:

Add products in the guest portal after check-in
If a guest has checked in online early in their journey, it would be nice if they can come back to the guest journey and add a product after they completed they online check in.
This means you can have guests checking in online for example just after their booking and they can manage their reservation in the guest portal. Do if they want to add an early checkin the day before, or order a late checkout during their stay, that they can do so in the guest portal.1 vote -
rate management tabs
It would be nice to be able to manually change daily rates like in a tab environment (enter amount -> Tab - >enter next amount etc.), confirming everything at once, maybe one and maybe 200 entry changes - without having to confirm for every single entry change while losing sight of it all (and time, and nerves...)

Telephone number as standard room list for excel export
Hi,
It would be amazing to have the phone number field as a standard as well as the email (already exists) on the Excel export list used for groups. Per now its not possible to load up these phone numbers like the emails etc and takes a lot of manual work to enter.
Many of our members have different work emails and emails registered on their memberships (as I am sure is the case for the majority of members through various hotel chains) but their phone number is a much better way to find memberships and already have this in…

Guest Portal Link on Reservation
Add a way for us to copy the specific guest portal link on the reservation page. This would be useful for us to copy and send to guests on OTA chats when we don't have their email on file.

Guest ID requirements should be configurable separately in Online Check in and/or Kiosk.
We should be able to turn on Guest ID scan in Online Check In only and not in Kiosk. At the moment ID scan is required in OCI and Kiosk or Kiosk ONLY. We are not able to use kiosks for ID scan, so it would be nice if we could capture IDs in OCI only.1 vote -
In guest portal, to allow only the primary customer to consent to the verification of identity documents for all guests in the reservation
When primary customer consents to the verification/scanning of documents, all companions should then be allowed and asked to scan theirs during the online check in flow without having to be invited to do their online check in separately.

It would be amazing if the self check-in offered the option 'I want to become a Strawberry member' instead of 'I want Strawberry to send me promotional content'.
We would get many more new club members that way.

Have a space to be able to add the promotion code on the rate page if customers have missed the initial search stage of the booking process.

Schlüssel programmieren bei Verlust ohne Buchungsnummer
Wir haben neu ein I-Pad an der Rezeption mit dem MEWS-Kiosk, damit Gäste sich selbst eine Schlüsselkarte programmieren können bei Verlust. Jedoch habe ich gesehen, dass wenn Gäste bereits eingecheckt sind, die Gäste die Buchungsnummer zusätzlich eingeben müssen. Da jedoch die meisten Gäste diese nicht haben oder sich selbst ausgeschlossen haben aus dem Zimmer gar kein Handy dabeihaben, um die Nummer zu suchen.
Ich verstehe, dass die Gäste nicht nur mit dem Nachnamen eine neue Karte programmieren können, denke aber dass zum Beispiel durch Eingabe des Geburtsdatum des Gastes viel besser lösbar wäre, damit keine Anrufe entstehen...

Remplacer "Vous allez payer" (faux) par "Total de votre réservation" (vrai)
Sur l'interface de saisie des informations de carte bancaire il faut remplacer "Vous allez payer" par "Total de votre réservation" parce beaucoup d'hôtels ne demandent pas le paiement immédiat de la réservation.

Link Vouchers to Specific Booking Engine Configurations
When creating vouchers, the “Booking engine URL” link on the voucher detail page always redirects to the property’s default Booking Engine configuration. For properties using multiple Booking Engines (e.g., one with rate comparison enabled and one without, or different configurations), it would be extremely helpful to have the ability to link a voucher to a specific Booking Engine configuration. Request to Disable Automatic PDF Attachments for Optional Reservations
Currently, it is not possible to disable the automatic PDF attachment for optional reservations. Mews automatically sends a PDF when an optional reservation with 5+ rooms is created, which causes an issue when using this email template. At this time, there is no option to prevent the PDF from being sent automatically.

Prevent users from cutting keys on reservations that are status 'to check in'
A property option or configuration to not allow keys to be cut on any reservations that are 'to check in' - they must be checked in first or cut during the check in flow only.

Add an option to disable automated emails for a specific customer.
Add an option in the customer profile to disable certain automated emails (check-ins, reminders, etc.).

Offer an integrated kiosk as add on
When we review the camera footage of guests using the kiosk, we see a very clear pattern. Most guests find the steps logical and understand the payment process well. The final step, where the guest needs to take a card and place it on the key encoder, is where things start to get messy, and guests often end up ringing the bell for assistance.
I actually think it would be a smart idea for Mews to consider offering pre-built, fully integrated kiosks as an add-on to their solution.

Check in form: "Issuing Authority" instead of "Issuing City"
The fields for travel documents / IDs currently contain a field labeld "Issuing city". However, this does not make any sense, because most passports and ID cards do not have a field "issuing city". Instead, as for example required by law in Austria, a field "Issuing Authority" would be required.
Therefore, I recommend to add a field "issuing authority" and make it default in jurisdictions where this is required to collect. Make "Issuing city" hidden or optional.5 votes -
travel company automatic settlement settings with VCCs
It would be nice that the option to skip automatic settlements that can be set for specific travel companies would actually WORK also when dealing with VCCs (virtual credit cards). Apparently the option works for every other payment method, but as soon as the system sees a virtual card POOF! "sorry, I cannot follow such a complicated train of thought, I have to try and charge the given card exactly as told in the payment policies, I don't care that you manually ordered me to skip the automatic settlements"... I mean - WHY?? :P
