Multiple emails per guest
It would be great to have the option of having multiple emails with the account. Some people would like different charges invoiced to different emails (i.e. business card is only paying the room therefore that invoice goes to that email, and a personal email for all other expenses).
Also another reason is husband and wife might want the invoice sent directly to there email

Upselling during the Guest Journey
Create an option to upsell guests with add-ons, products, services and room upgrades during the guest journey.
Guests should be able to book additional services, products even after they create their booking.

Covid Vaccination confirmation included in Online Check-in
When guests check-in, it would be great if they could confirm their vaccination status, therefore adding the "Health Compliant" badge to their profile.

Have a report for "Company/TA profiles created yesterday"
This is to ensure TA contracts are created when necessary and MAC identifier as well as all information within the profile are all correct / in line with the company standards.

Automatic change of check out time when Product "Late Check out" is booked. We now have to change this manually.

Marketing Opt in per default in the US, UK and other eligible countries
On the American market the opt in works opposite than in Europe. The guest needs to opt out in case they do not want to receive marketing. Therefore we would like to have the option in the guest profile: send marketing emails set per default for all profiles created in the US properties. The guest then needs to unsubscribe or Opt out if they dont want to receive marketing emails.

Track and search old names
It would be good to have an history of name changes in guest profiles. It would also be very useful if we could find profiles even when searching for the old name in the search bar. That way we could find a reservation using an original email from the client, evenif the name in the reservation changed.

Merge guest profiles based on multiple details
When guest make reservations via booking.com, expedia... most of the time we only receive a telephone number or address. The e-mail address is in 99% of the cases one generated by the OTA to mask the guests email. Therefore it would be very convenient if Mews would merge profiles based on other similarities as well. This would make it easier to identify guests who have already stayed with us previously.

Selecting Add on Product Early Check-in or Late Checkout Changes the Arrival or Departure Time
When selecting an early check-in or late check-out product, it would be good if the system could change either the arrival time or departure time to make the product selected. This would save time and notify us when the guest is arriving earlier rather that search to see who purchased the early arrival product.

Please include in the action log, if an email has been sent to the guest via Mews ie. confirmation, quotation, cancellation etc.
Now that we have to manually send confirmation emails, it would be greatly beneficial to be able to check if this has been done.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We have recently released a feature that allows you to view the mail queue for the individual guests from the Guest profile in addition to the usual mail queue.
You can access the mail queue on the guest level by selecting the guest dashboard and clicking on the mail queue icon on the top right hand side.
Please note that mail queue is currently visible to admin level users. We recommend that you consult your manager in order to access this functionality.

Promotional Code Verification
Show the guest that their promotional code had worked right when they put it in the booking engine
The guest enters the promotion code, then the next page, they are choosing a category, but it doesn’t show the promotional rate until the following page.

Hide unavailable rooms
Possibility to show on the booking engine ONLY the rooms available to book once a date has been selected and not show the one already booked and not available anymore.
From a sales point of view, we would rather show the rooms we sell and not the one we already have sold.
If a visitor on our website wish to book a specific room type, which in this case is not available anymore, he will most likely book somewhere else. It does not add any value to our property to show the guest what is already fully booked.7 votesHello from the Mews product team.

External name space types
When we use the space types in combination with the booking engine, the name of the space type is displayed very prominently in the booking proces.
When you book a house, boat, bicycle or special accommodation instead of a room, the booking engine shows it as e.g. a site.

Resend Online Check-out Email
Would be nice to be able to remind the guests to check-out online via mews mailing. This way, if the guest leaves, we can prompt them to click the link and settle their account instead of calling them to chase payment

Mandatory Fields in Mews Booking Engine
Ability to add mandatory fields in Mews Booking Engine and transfer this data into the reservation information in form of notes or tasks automatically. Example, what is mandatory now is last name, email and if selected telephone number.
