  1. My client is booking multiple rooms using the same email and the guest names keep reverting back to old guest names from previous reservations they booked with that email.

  3. The Navigator displays cancelled bookings before active ones and this is confusing also because there is no reservation number showing on this page.

  5. A space character at the end of an email address should be simply ignored and not be producing an error message.

    This is just a small thing, but well made form can handle this. :)

  7. We are a hotel without a reception in house. Because we don't have any upselling during guest stays, we don't need any manual check out button at our kiosk. People are confused about check out button. Our guest only need to leave the apartment at a certain time and put the room card into a transparent box at the exit. It is written in our brochures and in the check out information which we give our guest with our confirmation mail. Therefore it confuses the people.   8. While the internal messaging is a great tool for Ops teams, to ensure completion of a task (or just share an information) it would be great to be be able to message a department (i.e front office/housekeeping) rather than just a specific employee.

  9. Adapt the Co-Operator Check Out function so that it looks like the Check In Function ? FO teams working with Co-Operator need a dashboard view of Check outs so they can just choose a reservation to C/O without needing the guest name and room number.

  10. We were discussing the reservations bringing a pet and wanted to know if there is a way to add a pet indicator to the reservation screen when we add the pet free as a product? Just like if the guest is bringing children, there's a picture of a baby with the number of kids, or if its an adult with the person indicator?

    We were thinking this could potentially integrate with KnowCross and be a feature for the housekeeping and maintenance team.

  12. Currently when there is a task i.e. saying a payment request was missed, one has to copy paste the name of the guest to search for the actual payment request. A direct link would be better

  13. When setting up space categories, we have the field "Order email template".

    Unfortunately the text filled into this field is not sent in the default confirmation email.
    You have to set up a custom confirmation email.

    My request is: Please include the "Order email template" text in the default confirmation email.

    For MEWS users that has an ID Scanner (like the 365id Scanner, www.365id.com) it should be a much more smooth and faster onboarding of customers if:

    • The ID scanner can be used to fill out the scanned data in the Profiles | Customer form (instead of typing all the data by hand). See figure 1.

    • The ID scanner can be used to fill out the scanned data when a New Reservation is made without having a customer already registered. E.g., make it possible to bring up the Profile page without…

  15. I set up our parking slots as a bookable service.
    In the Mews booking engine, the guest sees a "bed symbol" at the availability.

    It would be nice to have a car/parking symbol there, not a bed. :)

  18. It would be nice if you can either,
    - Display "Only few rooms left" when inventory is low rather than the exact numbers all the time
    - Or display room availability by space types or categories. eg: we would like to only show availability for only the suite rooms

  19. The Sign in image set under "Property" (seen in the guest portal) is also the image shown as background in the Booking Engine.
    We want the option to set different Pictures.

    Sign In image looks best in 640x800 while Booking engine background looks best in fullscreen (1080x1920).

  20. Online CI confirmation.
    When the guest wants checked in online and he booked the room for two, online CI would not be completed in Mews without filling information for both guest. In that case I would recommend that message showed up after first guest finish online CI should inform the guest that online CI will be completed after all companions will finish online check in.
