Be able to click on guest name or other parts in task description to direct to the reservation or bill the task applies to
Currently when there is a task i.e. saying a payment request was missed, one has to copy paste the name of the guest to search for the actual payment request. A direct link would be better

Yes having a link to the reservation or customer profile when payment requests are fulfilled/expired, deposit bill needs to be closed etc. would be so helpful
