For example: We work with a mobile app (Zaplox) with deeplink to the mobile app, but we cannot make us of the deeplink at this moment, because placeholder {ConfirmationNumber} is missing. Therefor guests have to do all manually.

rate description to be added as internal note in reservation
In hotels with many (corporate) rates where every rate has different cancellation terms, different benefits etc...front desk staff has difficulties to know what benefits are linked to certain rates. Displaying the rate description as a note in each reservation would help Front Desk to correctly inform guest.
Specific example: if a company with a corporate rate is entitled to a discount on our parking price (when the guest uses parking), it would be useful that when a reservation is created with that company rate...an automatic note appears: corporate rate with breakfast, 6PM cancellation policy and 10% on parking.

Possibility to add another email address in CC in automated emails
Often the booker asks us to copy the guest in the proposal or confirmation emails. Currently, we have to send the emails twice (once at the time of booking and again through the booking module). Would it be more efficient and clearer for the guest/booker to have the possibility to add another email address (recipients) in CC for the proposal and confirmation emails?

High-end properties tend to have multiple tiers of VIP guests.

Include payment status to confirmation mail
It would be good if the guest can get the exact information on their payment status in the confirmation email.
It needs a code (Placeholder in template) so that the payment at the reservation will show as the rest of commands open to pay in the confirmation mail.

search messages
a search function in the messages would be very helpful - or being able to see whether a guest has sent a message through MEWS in their profile/reservation.
For example if a guest asks to cancel and a cancellation/no-show fee would apply it would he useful to be able to check whether and when they requested this.

Allow customization on when a product should or shouldn't be shown to the guest.
Some examples:
- Don't show breakfast product for breakfast included rates
- Restrict a product in the guest journey depending on minimum/maximum advance (will allow for gradually more expensive versions of the product as it gets closer to the date of stay)
- Restrict a product for certain days of the week (only available on weekends)

At the moment, you cannot send a message or email from Mews to your guests.
This functionality needs to be implemented ASAP. I really expect this functionality from Mews. Booking Engine markup per competitor
differentiate the markup by competitor. EG: Booking =114%, HRS=110%, Weekendesk=120%,etc., because markup percentages are different per company.

Add condition for automatic emails
Add the possibility to add conditions for the automatic emails.
For instance, when a guest create a last minute booking and a pre-checkin email is is sent, make sure no other email is sent to fill the profil on the same day.

"Maximum persons" misleading for beds in a dorm
Hello Mews Team
As a hostel we rent out single beds in a dorm. In the booking engine those units shows as "maximum persons: 1", "available: 10". I understand the logic behind this, but many of our costumers seem to struggle with the "maximum persons: 1" bit when booking for multiple people.
Ideally we would like to have the option which of our categories show the "maximum persons" tag.

Airbnb, Expedia & Booking.com Chat Integration
Integrate with Airbnb, Expedia and Booking.com directly including Chat API so that we can have a universal chat experience for our guests, currently we are having to use a clunky external system that provides a unified inbox.
But it would be SOOOO much better if this was integrated directly into MEWS.

Optimize Confirmation Mails for Groups!
The Confirmations Mails are very hard to read for customers. You cannot even see wether the costs are per night or per person or in total! That leads to misunderstandings.

Credit Card Signature via Email
When guests book reservations with credit cards (distributor, commander), it would be really nice if they can be sent an email to digitally sign for and accept the credit card information in order to guarantee their reservation. This might help us avoid losing chargebacks as much and also help us enforce cancellation policies (which are currently unenforceable due to no token/signature for no shows).

Hotel logo favicon on MEWS distributor
Hey team,
It would be great if we can upload our own favicon on the MEWS distributor links.
In this way users better understand they are on the hotels brand website.
And it will help for Google Hotel Search; currently the hotels show with a green generic logo.

Set Up for Check Out Mail
For regular guests that are coming every week the Check Out Mail After Stay is very annoying. We just want to send it to indivudual guests. It would be perfect to have an option in the guest profil to set up which Mails the guest should receive from our system.

Receive Notification about Mews Kiosk Check-Ins
When a guest checks in via MEWS Kiosk we do not receive any information (mail?) about the check in. During the CI process a registration form is filled out and signed with all the necessary data for the registration to the city. All Registration forms of each day are digitally collected. Due to the CI via Kiosk it is hard for our receptionists to keep track of all the registration forms and collect them daily.
