Several profiles
Please stop creating several profiles for already existing guests. I know that this is based on the e-mail address and that Booking.com creates a new e-mail address every time a guest makes a new reservation, but this makes it impossible to track who's a regular guest and who's coming back when.

T&C's at the beggining of the customer's booking journey
Have the T&Cs at the beginning of the booking engine journey. They are currently on the last page - which means customers must go through all the steps before knowing what they are signing up for.

Different kind of Notes
We use "reservation notes" to communicate between shifts. Sometimes notes are important ONLY for reception staff. Sometimes notes are important ONLY for housekeeping staff. It would be good to be able to split notes keeping this in mind. For Housekeeping staff notes, they should appear on the "guest in house" reports, so teams get briefed daily on what to do in each room.
For Reception staff notes, it would be better to have them pop up when opening a reservation, to be sure they are read before check-in/check-out.9 votes -
public voucher vs company voucher in reservation mask
We often do have companies with different addresses and also subsidiaries or just partners and we can apply negotiated rates. Would it be possible to apply company vouchers/rates when making a reservation ? at present, on the first page of a new reservation only public vouchers are visible to staff. We would need company vouchers in order to speed reservation process. Later on, new company profile with new voucher will be created, but as you know, it is quite time consuming and not all staff are eligible to create/link rates and vouchers.

Groups - Allow More Verbiage on Booking Link
Add additional field to the availability block to communicate details on the booking link. Right now, guests with booking link cannot book pre and post dates. Guests using the link do not know that and get upset. If there was a field linked to the booking link, we could add a Welcome, specify block dates, and cut-off dates, along with who to contact to book outside of the block.

Automatic Wait List Feature
The requested feature is that guests can register on a wait list on fully booked dates with automatic email notifications for when rooms are again available on the desired date(s).
This would remove any need for manual labor from the hotel side to handle wait lists.
Example:
- Guest tries to book a room Aug 1st - Aug 2nd
- Hotel is fully booked
- Guest opts in to our guest list by entering their email address
- Hotel opens up for bookings on Aug 1st

Phone number recogniztion when booking
When guests are filling out mandatory fields in the booking engine, such as their phone number, they can fill out a number that does not exist and the booking engine will accept this as a phone number (e.g. just the number "0").
It would be helpful if the booking engine would recognize phone numbers as a valid phone number, so we have all contact details we may need from the guest after they make the booking.

Display guest messages and internal messages apart, or at least in a different color, so you cannot reply a guest with an internal message by mistake.

Add Travel Agency Data to Voucher Reservations
Vouchers can be associated with companies or travel agencies (instead of being public). However, currently, when a voucher is used to book a reservation, there is no voucher information or company / travel agency information attached to that reservation in Mews.
It would be very helpful if company / travel agency and voucher codes could be attached to reservation data and if those voucher-based reservations can be searched for through the reservations reports.

Guest name in confirmation back page
After the booking is complete, the confirmation back page does not show the guest name. It would be nice if it can show this information. As of now, it only shares the confirmation number, check in dates, price, and room type.
It would be helpful to show the name of the guest as well.

Secondary Email Confirmation Option
After booking, it would be nice if there was an option to send the confirmation details (including name of guest) to a secondary email as well.
This is similar to airline bookings where you can send booking confirmation to additional email addresses afterwards as well, such as a company admin, additional family members, etc.

Special characters and key encoder
Could you please do something about special characters in the name of the guest ?

Registration Cards Customization
It will be nice to have, that its available to customize Registration Cards.
Current design is not from the best ones, text is too small, lot of customers complains about that, that everything is to small. No options to change something. The Function is great, but, we cannot use this function because everything is so small, and we have to write registration cards manually.32 votes -

Name and contact information for 1 person in every room
To have the possibility to set a minimum required information for new reservations booked trough the booking engine: that every room booking requires name, phone number and email address of one of the staying guest.
