Manage my reservation
It would be great if a link / website integration could be created so guests can manage their reservations by going to the hotels' website. This would be a handy feature, especially as people cannot find their confirmation mails and such from time to time.

Note field on the billing page
On the billing page there should be a note field where we could note if its e.g. a booking prepaid / expedia collect booking or if the guest pays everything on site.

Our direct Chat in room
Add a QR Code or so to the rooms, so the guest can use the direct chat to get in contact with the Hotel from the room and just just via the Emails.

Guest experience App
Guests can chat with us via the button in the booking confirmation, why is there no app or interface for guests to install on our tablets or guest phone so they can continue to chat with us during their stay?

copy reservations from the Guest Portal
If a guest comes often and always make the same reservation, give them the option to copy existing reservations. It makes sense to make this from the guest portal, because all of the informations are already there. They just need to switch the dates.

Company name on timeline
It would be great to have both, company name and reserving guest name displayed on the timeline, so that you could make the guest as a reserving guest (to be shown on the bill) but still see its connection on the timeline?

Set separate Email Sender name rather than using Location Name
Currently the emails that are sent use the location name as the 'Sender' name. We would like to customize this, so that regardless of location, emails sent to our guests are using our company name (or something else).

Customize Landing Page with Notifications for Guests
Could we add a descriptive text to the landing page, so we can clarify any current promotions or restrictions? Ie. “Accepting reservations for Summer 2024 now” - anything that would help prevent guests from selecting date selections that are in a blackout or have particular restrictions (ie. we do not allow Saturday check-in, so selecting any dates that begin on Sat returns no availability).

Set separate logos for booking engine and email header
Currently we are only able to upload one logo, which is used both in the top left of the booking engine, as well as the top of the email templates. As a result, we are stuck with a logo that works for one or the other, but not both.
We would like to be able to set separate logos, so we can tailor them to the exact purpose they are being used for.

Link to update credit card details
Have the possibility send a seperate, secured link just to update the credit card details (not through online check in, but prior to booking) when guests want to book through e-mail, so guests can update their cc details without having to call or send the details through email.

VAT display on bill
On the new bill layout, move the VAT down instead of displaying it in the middle together with the bill items, to make the bill easier to read.

Line spacing in product description in online check-in
When you write the description of a product, you can add spaces between lines of text. However when the description of the product is viewed in the online portal where the guest can purchase it, the spaces are removed and the text appears as a single block. HTML or markdown coding does not fix this. It would be good if the line spaces entered in the description were replicated in the guest portal.

Allow all guests to make 100% autonomous purchases on the mews terminal at any time
Add the functionality for guests to be able to use the Mews terminal to purchase any products from Mews by themselves without any intervention from our staff, at any time (from a list pre selected by us, as not all products should be purchasable by guests). Currently, the functionality is partially there but the guests can only add products to their reservations when doing the checkout, which is really annoying.
Currently, each purchases made with the Mews Terminal require manual intervention from our staff. We want guests to be 100% autonomous in their journey. They want something but our staff…

Report for upselling product during online checkin
Is it possible to have a report of all products added by guest during the online checkin ?

It should be determined by every host itself which emails are sent to customers. There are many guests who complain about the flood of mails.

Several profiles
Please stop creating several profiles for already existing guests. I know that this is based on the e-mail address and that Booking.com creates a new e-mail address every time a guest makes a new reservation, but this makes it impossible to track who's a regular guest and who's coming back when.

Several profiles

T&C's at the beggining of the customer's booking journey
Have the T&Cs at the beginning of the booking engine journey. They are currently on the last page - which means customers must go through all the steps before knowing what they are signing up for.
