  1. We wish to be able to send 1 email (confirmation etc) for multiple bookable services as one. So if a guests books parking at the same time as their room, both services should be included in the same email. This is ensure a clear communication to the guest, without the need of spamming them with multiple emails for each service.

  2. Due to the change that already closed invoices cannot be rewritten to company, it is mandatory that MEWS absolutely does not close any invoices automatically. Payments that are received directly after posting, for example, are posted directly against the product and the invoice is closed. Here I can not change the company address from now on. However, on this first invoice the tax statement is visible. If this invoice is charged back and recreated so that it is issued to the company, unfortunately the tax statement is missing here. MEWS is no longer allowed (at least in Germany) to automatically…

  4. It would be nice when notifications come in of new reservations, to be able to select them as read instead of clicking them one by one. It is important for our organization to check all reservations that are made online. Group reservations also come in regularly, now we have to click on all notifications one by one to mark it as read, then have to search again between the notifications where we left. If you could select the notifications and click as read, this would be easier.

  5. When reviewing Invoices, there are collapsable sections for each added "Item" during the guest's stay.

    These sections should have subtotals for easy calculation and review.

    For example - when a guest wants to see how much they paid in the spa yesterday, I should not have to add up each treatment they took to give them the total.

    This wastes their time, and mine.

  7. Currently the Bill state only pulls in if it is open or closed.
    It would be good for this to be updated to pull through if the invoice has been sent.

  8. When someone extends their reservation for multiple days you currently have to add the rates individually.
    Ex. If someone has a reservation for Jan 1-30 but they want to change their departure to March 31 and their rate is 99.00 you have to manually enter 99.00 60 additional times in the pricing section. Can we get a feature that you can add 99.00 to all extra nights?

  10. Restrictions based on availability. We work with one channel that sells our rooms very well but cannot be connected to our channel manager, when we have low availability we want sell the last rooms via that channel. That only works if we close our own booking engine to avoid overbooking. Therefore it would be great if Mews had the possibility to restrict reservations via its booking engine based upon availability.

  11. Make a special reservation type: Group reservations: to open and you can see the company/travel agency to whom reserved the, date form to, how many persons, names, surnames, room tapes etc. needed information in one block, cud made the changes (for example ask to me)

  12. Currently we can 'Create a Key' for a reservation that isn't inhouse. I suggest this button isn't available for team members to click until the guest is in house. There is a 'Check in and Create Key' button which can be used initially, then once the guest is in house the 'Create a Key' button can be available to click. This will prevent guests being issued a key without being checked in accidentally.

  13. Include Invoice number and Space Number columns into Accounting Report, or include a standard column (i.e. booking number, invoice number, guest number or similar) in all reports (accounting report, posting journal, reservation report etc) so that the reports can actually be compared and linked between them easily without guessin gwhich guest name belongs to which transaction.

  14. We need to differentiate the accounting category of the same type of transaction with different currencies. For example: Cash payment in CZK could have different accounting category than Cash payment in EUR.

  15. Should be able to add a product to a room that will increase/decrease room sales. For example, a guest goes like a no show but actually turns up so you create another booking and post as either accommodation supplement or a double room that you may have created, this will add the revenue but wont add as a room sale.
    A day use room will also not count as a room sale.

  16. The commander allows to post items with prices on the guest bills however it does not allow to add variable products. For us this would be a great feature as the PMS does not have a connection to the POS and the bar team could immediately add to guest rooms their bills.

  17. it would save a lot of time if the yellow out of order blocks could be split instead of us having to shorten them and create a new one for the other half when we only need to open up a room for a certain date.

  18. As we expand the capabilities of Space-Time on a frequent basis the use cases for it's usage grow. The current quota (or limit) of occupants that one can cap a Resource (Space) at is 100. This is not sufficient especially for properties offering Meeting and Events packages or using a Space for an event. There should be the capability to increase this further 100 occupants.

  19. Holiday rentals/apartments that are dotted around a city/country will often have a situation where each room is its own category. Currently there is a limit of 120 per service. It's possible to create a service per region/city however this isn't very scalable when a region reaches 120 resources and then everything has to be split to a new service.

  20. If a room list is uploaded and thus guests are assigned to rooms, it would be good if the rooms were locked against moving by default.
