Possibility to split the rate in different accounting ledger ( without the guest seeying it)
It would be great if there is a possibility to make a split in the rate in different accounting ledger, without the guests seeying it.
So like you can do by product rules, but than completly without the guest seeying your split.

Creating Notes in Tasks
When a note is created in a Reservation there are times that a corresponding Task must be created based upon the notes. These are currently two separate functions.
Example:
Note: Wedding Package
Task: Wedding Package, deliver chilled Champagne, cheese and crackers by 4pm, 6/21/21.It would be great if the Note section you had an option to create a corresponding task at the same time. Thereby insuring a specific note is not missed as a Task.

Add a product
When you add a product on the reservation screen, it would be nice to be able to select what date you want it for instead of being put for the all stay and after have to cancel the date you don't want it

Make it clear when an invoice has been sent to customer
At the moment, it can be hard to tell if an invoice has been emailed to the client or not. can the email button be turned red or something to show if the email has been sent.

Managers Flash Report (Statistics, Revenue, Detail Drill Down)
Would like to see Managers Report with expandable categories like the Accounting Report. Hotels use a Flash Report which is a combination of statistics, revenues broken down by type and often need detail information of the other revenues for their Flash Report. This report is generated daily but also there is a need to see each day in the month format. Some properties want basic information, other more granular. On the Books Report Summary by Market Segment
Confirmed, Consumed and Forecasted Revenue, Room Nights and ADR on the books by Market Segment for a specific date span. Example, if I wanted to see on Total On the Books for June and today is June 10, I would select June 1 to June 30 date span. This would show me consumed revenue for the first 9 days and confirmed revenue from June 10 to June 30. Summary Report only. Rate Cap or Rate Threshold for derived rate
Allow for a 'rate cap' or 'maximum threshold' for space categories that are derived by a percentage increase off the base rate.
For example: a space category that decreases 20% off base rate would not be allowed to reach below $.xx or above $.xx

Real time data on the timeline & for tasks
I have been facing an issue with my timeline and task donuts as it does not gives me real time data and my timeline if i resolve the overbooking it still keeps on showing the red or orange line for overbooking so i need to log in again and then it gets resolve and this is what we are facing since 2 months and they are still working on the issue lol since 2 months and they will get back to us when they have something lol almost 2 months???

aperçu des réservations (Reservation overview)
L'écran "aperçu des réservations" montre les arrivées en commençant par les prénoms et non les noms. Ceci serait plus simple d'avoir les noms des clients EN ENTIER, même sans le prénom!
The "Reservation overview" screen shows arrivals starting with first names and not last names. It would be easier to have the names of the clients IN FULL, even without the first name!

Calculator on the billing screen
I would like to be able to easily identify the costs of the items I have selected in the billing screen so that I don't spend time calculating whilst my guests wait for the bill to be closed.
It would also be helpful when calculating the amount due and managing deposits..

Group billing??
Why do I get to group billing first when clicking on billing on a specific booking from the reservation overview? It´s good that group billing is an option but I should be taken to the guest bill first and have the option to go to the group bill second.

Delect companies in the Bills & Invoices overview
Would it be feasible to haven an option to exclude companies in the Bills & Invoices overview? You could have in addition to the search option an additional field with all the possible companies where you could deselect the companies who you know have already settled the bill, but that is not yet booked to system? For us for example Booking.com transfers the payment beginning of the month so these open bills are not really interested on our day-to-day accounting.

Record multiple travel agencies for improved origin segmentation
When we receive bookings from destination management companies, the original source of the bookings often come from travel agents before they are sent to a destination mangement company and finally the PMS. In Mews, we are only able to view a single travel agency which means that we can only see the name of the destination management company; we are not able to see the name of the travel agencies that made the original bookings.
We would like our sales and marketing teams to have insights on the travel agencies that are making reservations.

See all reservations for a specific unit when that unit is selected
When clicking on a specific unit, there is a section where you can see all the OOO that are scheduled for that unit and any future OOO scheduled as well. It would be nice to also be able to see what future reservations are scheduled for that unit, in the event we need to see which unit is available for an extended stay booking far out on the calendar.

Timestamp in action log for marketing changes
Action log of the reservations should also include a date/time when guest modified their marketing preferences (accepting or not to receive marketing emails).

show only "vacant inspected" and "vacant clean rooms" when allocating arrivals
At the moment, when you need to allocate the rooms for the arrivals of the day, the display bar shows you ALL the rooms, even those that are out of service, occupied, or reserved. Which doesn't make any sense because there is way too much scrolling up and down to find a "vacant inspected room"

Add the ability to choose internals from the rooming list
The Rooming List can be used to add numerous reservations in one go. One of the necessities of this type of import is to be able to calibrate the reservations in one go also. Thus, if the client chooses that all the persons in the group need to pay their extra by themselves, then the Cashlist internals function needs to be ticked the same amount of times in Commander.
Allow the Rooming List to also populate certain internals directly into the reservations/profiles in order to populate the information in one go.
