Manager Report to include Market Segment Data Day by Day
Currently, the Mews Manager Report provides day by day revenue and basic statistics. Group by Accounting Category perfect. However, it would be great to add another filter to be able to see a complete breakdown of Occupancy %, Room Revenue by Market Segment including Rooms Occupied, ADR, Room Revenue, Number of Guests all in one report.
This filter currently exists in the Reservations Report. This is extremely helpful to see this complete detail on one report rather than have to go to another report to find the detail. As it exists now, Room Statistics and Revenue are Totals only. Save times.

I agree with Darren, it is very important to see production by segment so you can see where there is room for opportunity and with historical data to track group vs. transient pace. This can easily be added to the Managers Report by also adding Group By Segment. I want to report to STR by segment so I now need to pull reservations reports day by day which is very time consuming.

As a segmentation driven property it is so important to be able to look at our statistics accurately backwards and forwards, our budget / forecast /actuals are all segmented as this drives our business
I'm really surprised no one else has asked for this as yet.. or looked at why the reservations report doesn't provide this accurately.
