  1. Can you please make it possible to use notes across multiple services?

    Current situation: Notes can only be used on multiple rooms/parking of the same service. If you want to use the same notes for both a room and a car park, you have to enter them twice.

    Desired situation: It should be possible to add and update notes for several services at once (using the checkboxes).

  3. When creating a guest rate of room & food/drink, the later should be consumed on posting from the EPoS system (assuming it is interfaced).

    Say we have a rate of $100 of which $70 goes to room and $30 is an allowance in the restuarant. The guest should be allowed to consume whatever they choose in teh restaurant and simply post to their room. At the end of the day, Mews should deduct the lesser of that $30 or their meal from what was posted to teh room. In the event they spend more, they pay the difference at checkout.…

  4. Accounting Ledger should show all preloaded deposits from previous system so we see the full balance of deposits in the report for audit purposes.

  5. Be Mate part of the big brand ROOM MATE, would like to have a report showing the bookable resvices lenght time of their reservation recived.
    This is extrmely important from Sales prospective in terms of data colleting to plan future rate upsell.

  7. Dear Mews,

    Would it be possible creating an availability report, similar that you can download in excel on the dashboard, where we can see a room type with remaining number of rooms in a row under each other, top row the dates and button row the overall number of availability and occupancy? Like below example?

                           23.06        24.06
    

    Room 1 5 1
    Room2 7 1
    Availability: 12 2
    Occupancy: 70% 95%

    It would help making price decisions and knowing when to apply minimum stays or close sales.

  9. extra bed in item to be added automatically when the room is booked for 3.
    Although we put in rate and room description that for the 3rd guest, extra £25 will be added for the extra bed, any prepaid rate plans debit the guest for the whole stay excluding the extra bed £25 per night. As a result, some guests refuse to pay the extra amount after having been debited.

  10. the payment tab does not show the three vertical dots to do a refund.
    invoice has been rebated and of course you are not allowed to do negative payments.
    frankly this is the worst part of mews - rebates and refunds!
    booking.com is waiting to refund guest so URGENT matter to solve

  11. Hi,
    If staff have the access for reservation they can override the rate in the "new reservation " screen. Is it possible to add a special permission for this ?

  12. The possibility to have insight in the performance of specific e-mail types, such as the "After start e-mail". From a marketing point of view it would be useful to keep track of open rates for example.

  14. We would lwant a smart ristriction to have a minimum stay of 2 nights without any revenue loss of open one nights. For example: guest A books from Mo-Wed, guest B books from Fri-Sun -> Thur night will stay open due to the current possibilities in ristrictions.

  17. Bonjour, serait-il possible d'avoir une icône "parking" sur le profil du client dans le calendrier pour rapidement voir combien nous avons de lésa parking ?

  18. when issuing a "rebate" the text rebate is given on each item line (should not be neccessary if the document type is "credit memo" (see a separate idea).
    When issuing a new invoice after rebate, the text rebate shows twice on each item line - that should not be neccessary.

  20. It would be great to get a rate discrepancy report. Being able to see the price a reservation was booked and the price the reservation ended up paying.
