  2. It would be useful if the "missed check out" status could be represented on the timeline by the reservation changing colour, similar to the "missed departure" status where the reservation changes to orange the day after they were supposed to check out. This could also be shown in the app. Currently the "missed check out" status can only be seen in the Reservations Overview Report.

  3. When you have derived (dependent) rates, it would be good if you can add different adjustments per room type.
    For example to have 10% higher for a Single room, 15% higher for a Twin room, and so on. At the moment it is only possible to make absolute adjustments with same percentage/amount for all the room types.

  5. We would like to send our guests as little email as possible. Therefore, it would be great to be able to confirm two bookable services in one mail. For example parking and a room reservation. To avoid having to send to many emails.

  6. Currently, Mews does not allow sending an automated email before the guest's arrival to request a bank pre-authorization as a guarantee. It is currently possible to realize a pre-authorization but only on the amount of the reservation. So I want to realize a pre-authorization for the booking amount and add the deposit amount, for example 500 euros. Can you add this feature please?

  7. Reservations checked in after midnight don’t show as stayovers in the morning. This creates confusion for the housekeeping team as the rooms don’t come up in their Space Sratus report.

    Our Housekeeping team assign dirty rooms to Room Attendants from Mews Space Status report.

    They view three reports:

    Departed or departing
    Stayovers
    Arrived or arriving

    Reservations checked in after midnight come under arrived however the guest booked and stayed last night and should receive stay over service.

  8. Is it possible to have different colours in the application for ”departed”, ”arriving”, ”arrived” and ”stayover”

    For example:
    ”departed” = green
    ”arriving”= orange
    ”arrived” = yellow
    ”stayover” = blue

    Currently, our cleaners easily get confused in a hurry, whether the guest is coming or has left, as all these markings are the same color.

  9. When you need to extend a booking, you manually need to move future booking(s) before extending. If the future bookings aren't locked they should just be replaced in the timeline the same way as if you move between spaces.

    The problem happens when hotels are quite fully booked and you need to remove space for reservations and the puzzle it all together again after extending the one reservation in question.

  10. It is not possible to use dynamic rates for availability blocks, only set rates. As some groups or crews have dynamic agreements, this means the hotel can’t set the correct rate for them.

    Since Mews now will work on groups with different release dates etc. (“allotment”) will it be considered to also look into dynamic pricing from availability blocks?

  11. When sending Support Cases, we can not see what was already sent, even when receiving a reply we can not see our originally asked question.
    It would be good to have an overview of all Support Cases in the company in one place. This makes communication easier and we can always refresh our knowledge by going through tickets instead of asking again and to have One raised case as a one thread.

  12. Adding a mandatory reason for waiving cancellation fees would help with internal auditing and accountability. We have a lot of cases where staff don't remember why the fees were waived and we are losing out on money. Providing this extra option would give the GMs a a good tool to monitor.

  16. It would be great to have a warning/ prompt display if we enter a credit card into Mews that is close to expiring. Occasionally we have guests arrive that provide a card to cover incidentals for their check-out but it expires during their stay. If we cannot get a hold of the guest prior to them checking out to supply us with a new card then there is a chance they could leave without paying their bill making it difficult to chase up.

  18. The only filter option for Travel Agent Contract is Country. This makes it really difficult to find the correct contract, especially when you have several with approximately the same name.

    Or - if Travel Agent Contract could be a filtering for the Companies so it could be found from there.

  19. Please add following interval for scheduled reports:
    "NEXT 5 DAYS"

    schedule starts 8/9 07h00 -> report for 9/9, 10/9, 11/9, 12/9, 13/9
    next schedule 9/9 07h00 -> report for 10/9, 11/9, 12/9, 13/9, 14/9
    etc...

    Maybe also 'next 10 days' as an extra option.

  20. We need a quick option to consolidate items in billing and rename them.

    So f.eks. we sell our guest a soup and a panini through our trivec system, but when we send the bill we have companies that wants those two items to be consolidated into one item and renamed “hot meal"
