Can we please create a feature to block room charges for so no one can add any unnecessary charges to rooms
Right now, we are only commenting on bookings that should be on a no post basis, but of course there is human error at one point or another and it is sometimes easy to miss the comment especially when there are multiple information on the booking, and we end up not getting paid for these services sometimes

Change prices up down instead of to the right
When we change prices and click enter, the next squared selected is the one in the right (same category for the next day). Nevertheless, normally when we change rates, we do so for an entire day. It will be much practical is the next square selected after clicking "Enter" is the one below what we have just changed. This way, we can swap from the first until the last category of a whole day and do it quicker than now.

Copy a reservation to a future date
Often returning clients make sometimes the same booking for different dates. It would be great to have an option to copy a reservation to another date to make the reservation process quicker.

Accounting ledger
We need to refine the filtering of the accounting ledger to display only entries that have already occurred, and excluding those that are scheduled for the future. To prevent entries labeled 'to be resolved' from appearing until after all items on a reservation have been completed. For instance, a reservation in our system is todasy 29.feb marked 'to be resolved,' but the guest will not check out until March 6th. We cannot send the invoice before after the guest has left the hotel..

Different colours for the room status for housekeepers
Is it possible to have different colours in the application for ”departed”, ”arriving”, ”arrived” and ”stayover”
For example:
”departed” = green
”arriving”= orange
”arrived” = yellow
”stayover” = blueCurrently, our cleaners easily get confused in a hurry, whether the guest is coming or has left, as all these markings are the same color.

Registration cards for each room instead of each guest
Currently, if a guest books multiple rooms, and even if they have multiple names listed for that registration, you can only print one registration card, and that card will only have one of the room numbers on it. It would be much better to be able to print a card for each room.

Availability Block - Build Rooming List Feature
Allow group managers and reservation managers to add rooming list to availability blocks. Just add the Rooming List feature that is in the guest reservation under groups to the availability block.

Guest billing balance
Currently billing is attached to a profile, not to reservations. It would be nice if the balance for future reservations would not show on the current reservation.

Functionality to allow Room Type Overbooking while maintaining total capacity of the hotel.

Customize quotation settings for optional bookings
For confirmed bookings we can set up a default send/do not send for confirmations. Quotations for optional bookings are currently send by default, we would like to adjust the default setting to do not send.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are happy to inform you that we are currently beta testing this new functionality, themed "multi-group blocks".
Multi-group blocks
Multi-group blocks will enable you to create multiple groups with up to 750 reservations each in a single block. This means that you will no longer have to create multiple blocks for large groups which is typically of blocks created for up 1 year for travel agency contracts. They can now all be automatically linked to a single block, effectively giving you 2 types of blocks 1) Single group blocks and 2) multi-group blocks.
Multi-group blocks are a prerequisite to activating rolling release dates, as they prepare your property for handling large groups. You can learn more about the features that will be made available to beta testers in the recording linked below:

Housekeeping Reservations Status Arrived = Occupied
In the Housekeeping App when a reservation has Arrived, the space turns to Dirty / Arrived and the time of arrival. We currently have reservations "Arrived" or "Arriving", but not an "Occupied" state for Housekeeping. This can be confusing for some housekeepers using the housekeeping app as the Arrived and Arriving look very similar. For most properties, if you have arrived, you are now "occupying" the space and therefore the space is now Dirty / Occupied. Possibly the tag for Arrived could be expanded to say Arrived / Occupied in a different color. The following day if the guest is…

Create Non-Physical Space Types
Each "service type" offered to a guest needs to be associated with a "space type". Current "space types" are limited to physical spaces only.
Some services, such as "Experiences", could use additional "non-tangible space types". Clients would have the flexibility and freedom to offer tours, trips, etc. which could also be covered under the Spacetime project as they often times use the same logic as the physical space types = inventory, rate and bookable timeframe.
Adding non-physical space types to the selection of "space types" would very likely increase usability of Spacetime.
