  4. "As service orders are created, sometimes there are multiple items included in one ticket. Currently, there is no indication of total cost for multiple-item orders, however adding this piece of information could help keep users informed before anything is finalized."

  5. When you click on a reservation and get the pop up, it would be really handy to have the guests email and phone number visible from this screen, rather than having to click on the owner to get the details

  6. Problem
    It is currently not possible to add tasks to group or block reservations. In addition, tasks in general are not searchable, which makes it very difficult to track what has been done or what is still pending — especially for group bookings.

    Operational impact
    For group bookings, we need to manage important milestones such as:

    Name list deadlines

    Booking cut-off dates

    Client follow-ups

    Today, these tasks cannot be linked to the block itself, and since tasks are not searchable, it is almost impossible to get an overview of tasks related to a specific group or block. This leads to…

  7. Today central users are automatically admin. So it is not possible to give the multi-property access to a new user by limiting some areas as it can be done in each property.
    Ther request is to extend the roles created for the different properties also for the MMP. It is not optimal to have an high number of users with Admin provileges.

  8. Es ist unglaublich nervig, dass ich, wenn ich eine neue Reservierung manuell anlege, nicht sofort alle Daten wie z.B. die Adresse des Gastes oder die zugewiesene Firma eingeben kann. Warum kann man das Fenster dafür nicht erweitern?

    It's incredibly annoying that when I create a new reservation manually, I can't immediately enter all the details, such as the guest's address or the assigned company. Why can't the window be expanded for this?

  9. It would be nice to turn around to guest journey in the booking engine, so the guest are presented for the different prices and/or packages first and then then can select which room type they would prefer.

    Adding a calendar to show prices would also be great.

  10. So every night I have to copy the person ID number of every reservation that is checking out that day, to close bills properly during the morning check-out time.

    My point is... Could it exist an automation that once you complete an ID / Passport number, it is copied to the TAX identifier directly?

  11. MEWS is very often asking for Feedback in a small window and asks how likely it is, that I would recommend MEWS regarding to the action I just took.
    I really love MEWS, and like to involve and help.
    I always have to either rate or cancel this window, and if a couple of tasks is going on, or more than one customer is before me, my workflow is really disturbed. It would be lovely if you'd ask not so often or in another way.
    I know it is not really a idea, but I wanted to offer other Mewsers…

  12. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass in der Zeitachse neben den Namen auch direkt die Anzahl der Gäste im Zimmer angezeigt wird. Da wir Aufbettungen buchbar haben und auch Einzelnutzung möglich ist, hätten wir so in der Zeitachse den besseren Überblick.

  14. Displaying the rate (Best rate of the day) on the calendar would save time on two levels:
    1- When making a reservation, it would be possible to inform the customer at a glance about the availability of a room and to communicate the rate of the room.

    2- displaying the rates on the calendar would help to check the correct configuration of the rates and to make changes/adjustments if necessary.

  15. It would be great if it is possible to change the owner of the group reservation in one time/ click of all rooms connected to the group reservation.
    At the moment it's only possible to change this per room, instead of all rooms in one.
    It would be great if it could be done the same way as that you can change the booker of the reservation.
    This would make it a lot easier for us when the contact person of the group reservation changes.

  16. I would be nice to have a 'select all' open bills button or checkmark where we can more easily manage all items / open bills on company bills that have a large number of open bills due to payment routing.

  17. Can you under the Availability Block Report add a column for Picked-up/Blocked rooms?

    So we easily can see what block that still have rooms blocked but not picked up, without having to open each and everyone to check for blocked rooms.
    Per today we only see "status, Start, End, Release, etc"

    Then we can more easily sell it to someone else !

  18. We often change how a promotional rate is priced, sometimes off BAR, then we might change it to equal AAA, or some other rate from our RMS. Currently if I want to change the base rate being used, I have to delete the entire rate plan and rebuild a new one.

  19. Often we get attendees that make reservations outside of the group block, usually by human error. It would be ideal if we can edit the rate code or change their rate to a group rate block and then, after changing the code, it automatically changes the room rate to match the group rate, applies the group routing rules, group product rules. I have seen this is all our previous PMS systems, I am confused why its not an option.

  20. Excel rooming list must have telephone number field.
    Guest receives a text message by arrival with door code and room number. When the group is 50 people, it is important to be able to load the phone number in rooming list.
