  1. Excel rooming list must have a country field.
    For statistics we need to fill in the country (not Nationality) in the customers profile. With large business groups it is easier, to fill this in the Excel rooming list, than to open every customers profile.

  2. we sometimes deal with an existing booking wishing to change unit types during their stay. even though they haven't checked in yet, it would be much easier if we were able to split the booking (and thus keeping all the notes) rather than having to duplicate the booking, copying the notes, adjust the dates, rates, etc..

  3. We currently have the problem, that we sell apartments (parent space) which consist of a living room and 2 bedrooms (child spaces).

    The two bedrooms/child spaces (Studio and Standard category) can be booked individually. This phenomenon should only come into play, when all other rooms of the same category are fully booked.

    Due to the automatic assignment, we sometimes have bookings in the child spaces which results in the apartment not being available and our staff have to change assignments themselves. Currently we have no option to exclude child spaces from the automatic assignment.

  4. When setting a task, everything needs to be typed, whereas a lot of time could be saved if the hotel could customise a list of templates to use.

    For example, 'Deliver Amenity' or 'Unzip Beds'. Quick little things like these!

  5. IT BECOMES MORE CONFUSING WHILE SEARCHING A NO SHOW YOU NEED TO SEARCH THE CANCELLED RESERVATION AND IN DETAILS YOU GET THE NO SHOW BUT INSTEAD GIVE AN OPTION FOR DIRECT NO SHOW RESERVATION MUCH MORE EASY AND RELIABLE

  6. We would like to schedule an export of the Manager Report for our Directors.

    However, the only option is to export to a spreadsheet. Ideally they need to see a clean PDF version with the same simple formatting that we can see on the MEWs page.

    i.e. can we please have an export format in PDF for the Manager Report, that matches the same onscreen formatting in MEWS, which we can schedule to send automatically to a selected Export Target?

  7. Problem: When walk-ins asking for a breakdown of the rates per night we are not able to see this. We can only see the total price of the stay.

  8. At the moment there are only set intervals for scheduled reports. Ability to set your own date parameters will eliminate the need to manually run reports on daily basis.

  9. I'd like to disable the 'Check out with unbalanced bill' function for some users in my system. This is not possible yet and has to do with user rights/permissions.

  10. think you need to work on that feature a bit so reception aware when a HOUSE USE room checks in, make sure there is a check in and check out solution – otherwise, how do we know if the members of staff is in the room or not???

    And also room changes should be allowed instead of having to delete a space block and create a new one.

    A House room use is a reservation like any other, the only difference is that it does not count into the inventory and revenue.

  11. When we ask for a deposit; Often, guest accounting department ask us for a down payment bill (deposit bill). Usually 30% of the total reservation.

    It would be great to be able to edit a down payment bill (deposit bill) automatically calculated (a specific percentage) from the reservation total balance.

  15. Providing a great experience often comes down to the very last detail, which is why little things, such as turndown service, can make a big difference in a guest's stay. As an additional space status, including turndown as part of your operations, could help add that special touch to guests' rooms during their stay.

  16. Currently, you are unable to extend an availability reservation without adjusting the block itself, or making a new reservation then locking it into the same room. Being able to manually extend a room block reservation behind negotiated day's and rates within the block would be excellent so the guest maintains one reservation throughout their stay.

  17. Our Back of House staff needs the ability to see next-day activities in the Mews Operations app so that staff doesn't need to access the Mews Commander Dashboard on a laptop or phone when looking forward outside of today's operations.

  18. Hello! to be able to change the number of pax per date like the rate! avoiding insering different reservations. sometimes the same room can be in double fo 2 nights and than in single ....

  20. Add total occupancy for each day at the bottom of the Timeline so we can quickly see how many people are staying. Wouldnt need to click around with reports if it just did a simple totalling sum, the old Hotel Perfect had that and was extreemly useful.
