why we need to have so many tabs just to get an print of registration form while checking in a guest. something like a one shot go and the print is ready to go

Solve tasks by default when you cancel the reservation
When you cancel a group reservation, the tasks attached to one of the reservation will remain active. It would be helpful if tasks can be solved by default after you cancel the reservation

Allow the usage of multiple closed to stay restrictions
The possibly of closed-to-stay restrictions being able to take 3 separate rules into consideration. For example:
- If one were to book 60+ days ahead of arrival they would be required to book a minimum of 14 days.
- If one were to book 35-59 days ahead of arrival they would be required to book a minimum of 4 days.
- If one were to book 0-35 days ahead of arrival they would be required to book a minimum of 3 days.
For the time being the restriction only takes one rule into consideration and ignores the other 2. This is useful for…

in the reservationo verzicht you see, after the adjustment of the way of showing the tourist tax, now every day a new post of the tourist tax. This is not a problem with a short stay. but if a guest stays for 3 months it becomes a very long list and not really clear anymore.

Possibility to bill as a package the bills through the Fiscal printer as seen Mews.

To use the Mews system for messaging TO clients so that reservations and communications with clients are all on the same system.
I am looking to use the Mews system to write messages to guests using the email addresses of guests that are logged in to the Mews system. Although I have Admin Rights I can't set up messaging to individual guests. Wanted to do this to communicate around cancellation arrangements for example which is something of a major current task.

Scheduled Year Overview Report Date Range Error
When scheduling reports, you typically have them scheduled to send via email in the morning. This ensures that all data is accurate for the day prior.
When scheduling Month Overview Manager Reports, you can select the date range to be from the 1st of the Month to Today 00:00 (midnight the night prior). This is great because all the data is final and cannot / should not really be adjusted.
However, when scheduling the Year Overview Report, the only option for date range is from the 1st of the year to Tomorrow 00:00 (which is midnight tonight as opposed to…

Currency selection on pro forma and final invoice
When working in multicurrency environment, it would be great to be able to select only 1 currency to be displayed on the pro forma and final invoice of a customer. This will avoid a lot of confusion and discussion over the FOREX used by the hotel.

It would be great that we could set a ring/bell signal for some urgent tasks, like for: Late check out, wake-up call, any other urgent task. So you hear that something urgent needs to be done, also when you do not look at the desktop screen.

Simple automatic yield management functionalities for rates
It would be great to have some simple functionalities to help the rates yield management such as soon for example, as the occupancy of a certain category is above 60% increase rates by 10 EUR or 10% .

It would be great if when changing the dates of a reservation in the properties tab you could have an option to keep the same price when changing the dates. This could be added as it is the apply cancellation fees, which you can select or not. Block room as OOO even if it's occupied
At the moment, if you want to block a space as OOO the space has to be empty. This is really frustrating if you have a big space, eg our 28 bed dorm. I need to unallocate/upgrade all bookings first. It would be easier if I could mark the space as OOO first, then any reservations that can fit into other spaces of this type would be automatically moved. Everything else would sit unallocated for me to upgrade when I'm ready.

delete multiple restrictions
It would be useful to be able to delete multiple restrictions at one go. i.e. Delete all restrictions created on x date. Going into each restriction and deleting one by one is very long-winded.
