Permanently delete a cancelled reservation
A canceled reservation still appears in the guest's navigator, would it be possible to choose which of them to permanently delete?
I offer my guests different spaces or tariffs, they choose one, and then the others end up being canceled but they are still present in their navigator, cutting it up. I wish I was able to delete the irrelevant ones.8 votesHello all,

add possibility to set up self configured criteria in rate groups and rates
This would be nice, to keep the rate(group) structure simpeler, when working with rate rules and restrictions.

See all reservations for a specific unit when that unit is selected
When clicking on a specific unit, there is a section where you can see all the OOO that are scheduled for that unit and any future OOO scheduled as well. It would be nice to also be able to see what future reservations are scheduled for that unit, in the event we need to see which unit is available for an extended stay booking far out on the calendar.

Avoid automatically use of Merchant
Since your billing enironment has changed, the button "billing and close" uses automatically the merchant!!!! As well as if we want to cjoose the button payment to avoid the mercahnd, on the top hand left of the menu, "Merchant" comes as first to be chosen... We don't use theh merchant and want an easy way to avoid it as to push it always. Thanks

Issue invoice based on company profiles
It would be essential to bill and follow debtors invoices based on company profiles.
Actually we can invoice a company but the invoice stay on client profile, for debtors management it would be easier that the invoice appears on company profile. Timestamp in action log for marketing changes
Action log of the reservations should also include a date/time when guest modified their marketing preferences (accepting or not to receive marketing emails).

Showing a subtotal of the items of one POS booking
Showing a subtotal of the items of one POS booking when you have an invoice containing several POS bookings.
Problem
When you print your invoices with a detailed description of the POS booking including all the items, you don’t see the subtotal when you have one or more POS bookings on one invoice. If there is a long invoice and you need to know how much one specific POS booking was, you need to calculate manually how much it is.Solution

Billing Stay Breakdown per Night
The stay at the billing needs to be breaked down to each night.
It is not clear for the guest if it says 1x350,00 € and the stay was for 4 nights.

multiple task setting - templates
In a previous system we were able to set up templates for a task which consisted of multiple individual tasks.
For example if a guest had requested an extra bed, reservations would add one task to the booking which in turn triggered the tasks for housekeeping to set up the bed as well as remove it on departure).
This was SO handy as it avoided mistakes and reception / reservations only had to add 1 task.
Of course this works particularly well if you are able to link tasks to a specific event in the reservation like arrival and departure…37 votesHello Simone

show only "vacant inspected" and "vacant clean rooms" when allocating arrivals
At the moment, when you need to allocate the rooms for the arrivals of the day, the display bar shows you ALL the rooms, even those that are out of service, occupied, or reserved. Which doesn't make any sense because there is way too much scrolling up and down to find a "vacant inspected room"

Accounting ledger with "negative / positive" filter
Our accounting ledger, with the hostel closing and a lot of cancellations, is overloaded with negative outstanding amounts.
We have seen with the MEWS team that as soon as we have a cancellation, the late cancellation turnover is posted automatically without us being able to do anything.
In this case, is it possible to ensure that the negative and positive outstandings are filtered out?

Booking cancelation if settlement trigger fails
Use case:
Rate group is prepaid with settlement trigger at confirmation. If settlement fails then booking is canceled with the reason: payment failed.

Make the reservation purpose customisable
It would be really helpful if we could customise the reservation purpose drop down to add our own purposes and to then be able to report of those for example we have emergency stays and end of life etc and to be able to record this as the reservation purpose would be a huge help.

Updating and closing tasks
It would be great if you had the option to not only update a task when opening it, but also to close it from that same window. Now you need to update it, close the task and then only are you able to complete it from the list (task list or within the reservation).

Add the ability to choose internals from the rooming list
The Rooming List can be used to add numerous reservations in one go. One of the necessities of this type of import is to be able to calibrate the reservations in one go also. Thus, if the client chooses that all the persons in the group need to pay their extra by themselves, then the Cashlist internals function needs to be ticked the same amount of times in Commander.
Allow the Rooming List to also populate certain internals directly into the reservations/profiles in order to populate the information in one go.

Adjust a price for entire space categories SEASONALLY
Currently you can adjust a price for an entire space category for an unlimitied period of time. Could be great to have the possibility to have different prices adjustements according to certain period of time.
