The new layout with boxes and not lines to write on is very disturbing for the eye. Mostly when checking the customer profile, but in general too. Please bring back the simple line. More elegant AND non the less way more eye-friendly!

Ability to mark messages as 'Completed' without replying to them.
Sometimes a guest messages us on the MEWS platform, and then calls and we are able to answer their enquiry over the phone.
I would then like to be able to mark their message as completed without the guest having to see. This way the next person on front desk will not come along and think that the enquiry still needs to be answered.51 votesHello from the Mews product team,

Mews Analytics: Include room nights OTB and pickup in the Manager Analytics YoY details
Include room nights OTB not only the OCC in the Manager Analytics YoY details and also include the Pickup made the last -1 day, -3 days, -7 days, -14 days, -30days by using filters.

old billing back please
We would like to good old billing back. It is totally chaotic, sometimes when we add a product on the profile, it adds it to the bill, then sometimes it doesn't, but when it doesn't, you can not choose to put them together. Also, when a guest wishes to pay less than the full bill on one day and the rest to pay on other days, we can not just simply choose some days. It is time-consuming, not easy to see through it, non the less, how could we possibly explain it to a guest what they are seeing on…

Include SettlementId in the Credit Card fee reporting in Mews Analytics.
In Mews analytics credit card reporting, please include the settlement Id so we can have a singular report to reference across our payouts from all the properties in our chain daily.

Mobile Application iPhone / iPad
Dear Mews Team,
Could you create a new Mobile Application where it will be possible to directly use Mews website instead of using an internet browser (like Google Chrome, Safari,...) on iPhone / iPad ?
At the moment the interface is not so user friendly and it could really save us time by creating a dedicated application like the MewsCommander app.

Reporting - Linen Change
A Report for linen change for all stayovers (day of arival +2+2+2+2 ... except changing day = departure day) is needed so housekeeping knows in which rooms the linen needs to be changed. (Accor standard)

Invoice Footer Translation
At the moment it is not possible to set the footer of invoices in different languages.
As we thank you the guest and wish him/her a good journey it is necessary to have the possibility to set this in other languages than only our main language.The heading (Invoice) and the names of the products are translated as well. Why not the footer?

Applying Discounts on the fly from the NRS
Being able to apply discounts on the fly from the New Reservation Screen with different rates based on the service. Example: 15% on Accommodation, 5% on F&B ... Revenues need to be reflected accordingly per Accounting category.

MinLOS Restrictions workaround
a solution for a minimum length of stay restrictions setup where the applied minimum stay restrictions reduce in steps as we near the arrival date.
The client set 3 close to stay restrictions which take into consideration the 3 following rules:If one were to book 60+ days ahead of arrival they would be required to book a minimum of 14 days
If one were to book 35-59 days ahead of arrival they would be required to book a minimum of 4 days
