  1. It would great to be able to see a report on products, to see how there are booked. In upselling on the OCI, it would be nice to see if people are adding products to their stay during this process, in-order to see if its working or not.

  2. We currently have the ability to assign a task to a user. However, in Notes, we can only leave plain text messages. We would like the ability to tag users using @function in Notes if this is possible. Also, would like to see who left a note by User and the note alway appears as General and not the specific user to created the Note.

  3. Properties would like to have an Upsell Report that shows when a room is upsold and if there was incremental revenue or change of rate. Would like to see original rate and new rate on the report. Front Desk has incentive programs based upon number of Upsell and would like to be able to track this in Mews by User.

  4. It would be awesome to be able to rebate a discount and not the whole product. Or to correct the price for example when we invoiced a wrong rate for the night

  5. When charging to a room all charges should be applied to the primary booker and not spilt across the individuals in the room.

  7. Check-in Queue. If a guest arrives but the room is not ready, there should be a function that we can check-in to show they are in the building awaiting on the room.

  8. 2FA does not authenticate the device rather the sign on, can this be applied as a device authentication rather than sign on as it impedes operations. Feature request to have more flexible ways around using the 2FA a fob to login at the desk for example?

  9. Pourvoir définir qu'un check-in ne peut pas avoir lieu avant un certain délai suite à un check-out.
    Ce délai peut-être pour certaines catégories de logement ou juste pour certains jours de la semaine.

    Par exemple:
    nous n'avons pas d'équipe de ménage un we, donc interdire les réservations avec une arrivée le dimanche si un départ est prévu le samedi.
    Et inversement, une arrivée est prévue un dimanche, la chambre ne pourra pas se vendre si le check-out de la nouvelle réservation est la veille.

  10. In a big chain with a lot of companies, it is a must to be able to lookup on the company identifier. A lot of companies have the same name but other identifiers.

  11. Sometimes rooms are added to a group that do not appear to belong together, or an error occurs and a room is added to a group.

    It would be practical if you could remove rooms from a group. Currently, this is not possible.

  12. The Availability block report (i.e. once exported to Excel) only outlines the blocks that are in place however it would be great to include further details such as how many rooms are held in each block.

  13. Some of our rates are stand-alone during the week and dependent during the weekend. At the moment we have to ajust the weekend rates manually each time the base rate changes as mews doesn't support rate manipuliations on a daily bases per room type. We would definitely need the option to adjust dependent rates the same way as you adjust the base rate.

  14. It would be better if the manager report could be displayed with overall or detailed information. Not only the product group, but also the individual products. For example, not only Logis, but also the parking space and room upgrades.

  15. We currently have the problem, that we sell apartments (parent space) which consist of a living room and 2 bedrooms (child spaces).

    The two bedrooms/child spaces (Studio and Standard category) can be booked individually. This phenomenon should only come into play, when all other rooms of the same category are fully booked.

    Due to the automatic assignment, we sometimes have bookings in the child spaces which results in the apartment not being available and our staff have to change assignments themselves. Currently we have no option to exclude child spaces from the automatic assignment.

  16. Previously, closed accounts were shown as €0 and open accounts were either in positive or as €0.00 if the account was at €0 but without closing the billing.
    Seeing that the account was at €0 meant that it was closed, and identifying the open accounts was much easier, could it appear like that again?

  17. Auto responses for frequently asked questions within customer portal. Hotel to be able to customise own responses i.e what time can we check in? Do you have parking?

  18. We need a group overview where we can see upcoming groups (groups in our case means minimum 10 rooms or more per booking).
    Just an easy overview of all the group (not individual booking) maybe a month ahead. It could be in a report or by similar to timeline.
    The headline per group should be the travel agency name or company name.

  20. While going through the MEWS University it would be EXTREMELY beneficial to allow us to get involved and interact by moving our mouse pad etc.. rather than just watching and listening. Maybe a more personal training experience where the persons voice asks us to move our mouse pads over a certain area and select options etc..
