  1. For me Mews is all about cutting the extra manual work and automatize as much as possible. Having this in mind and that on a daily basis we use Mews Commander religiously so the FO and the HSK team know which rooms are cleaned it would be amazing to understand without having to manually insert the staff names on the status report who is cleaning which rooms and how long they take.

    Mews already stores all the information we need just does not have a way to push the data for analises.

  3. Changing the colour from light grey to dark grey when a guest checks in is ok. but being able to assign colours to reservations to be able to see clearly groups, certain OTA bookings etc

  4. The ability for a customer to create one reservation with multiple room types in that single reservation. The guest that stays in a beach villa and then wants to move to an overwater bungalow for example. Having this as one single reservation.

  5. it would be really practical if we were able to set pricing/rates for the whole year instead of having to select a period of only a few weeks. Would save a lot of time.
    Right now mews only accepts the pricing for the initially selected period, regardless of the dates chosen in the smaller pricing tab.

  6. In the action Logs, UTC is used to describe all actions, however this doesn't make sence for our propterty as we use CEST. Therefore we would suggest to use the time where a proptery is located instead of UTC so we don't need to manually calculate the changes each time.

  7. Mit Eurem Report "Guest-In-House" hab ich leider ziemlich Zeitaufwand, da ich für unsere Etagenfrauen alles manuell ankreuzen muss, welche Zimmer zu reinigen sind und für den Frühstücksservice ankreuzen muss, welche Gäste abreisen oder inhouse Frühstücken kommen, da dieser Report die Zimmer durchmischt nach An-Abreise und Bleibende aufgeführt.
    Uebersichtlicher wäre ein Report wo alle Anreisen, alle Abreisen und alle Bleibenden Gäste auf einem Report unterteilt aufgeführt sind, so wie ich das von base7 kenne. Ich bin überrascht, das so ein Report bei Mews nicht existiert und das erschwert uns erheblich das Arbeiten!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. Would like for the possibility to change the relatvive price adjustment on each room category. At the moment the only option is to use the same relative adjustment on all room categories in a rate. Example: Classic +10%, Deluxe + 20% etc.

  9. One should be able to insert in the configuration the lowest rate to be typed when updating rates (BAR) so that no typing error can be made (for instance 9 instead of 99).

  10. Currently only manually added notes are shown in the reservations overview report. Please add the functionality that also the notes are shown that came with channel manager reservations.

    I was adviced to manually add the same note from the channel manager which unnecessary and error prone work not to be done manually. This should work automatically.

  11. automatically logout after 10 or 15 min if no activity deteced on the account on.
    will be more secure for everyone to know you can leave for an important meeting and not bother about who will use your account during this time by mistake

  12. we sometimes deal with an existing booking wishing to change unit types during their stay. even though they haven't checked in yet, it would be much easier if we were able to split the booking (and thus keeping all the notes) rather than having to duplicate the booking, copying the notes, adjust the dates, rates, etc..

  13. When looking at the monthly overview in the Manager Analytics,it would be great to know what’s happened in the past days (month to date). So we know what occupancy and Average Daily Rate we had already, to see if our Forecasts are still on track. This also helps us to determine whether our goals/targets are still within reach or we need to adapt.

  14. Wir benötigen einen Bericht, welcher täglich automatisch erstellt wird (Export-Zeitpläne) und welcher uns folgende Information gibt:

    1. einen Bericht mit Information: Zimmernummer + Anzahl Personen im Zimmer Weitere Informationen wie Namen oder Adresse dürfen aus Datenschutzgründen nicht auf dem Bericht stehen.

    Der Bericht wird am Abend erstellt und soll alle erwarteten und bereits
    eingecheckten Gäste auflisten.

    Dieser Bericht ist wichtig für den Ernstfall (Evakuierung) durch die Feuerwehr ö.ä.


    1. einen Bericht mit den Informationen: Zimmernummer, Namen, Anzahl Personen, Firma, Produkt Frühstück, Sortiert nach Gruppe.

    Diesen Bericht kann ich erstellen. Wenn ich ihn jedoch als Export-Zeitplan mir zusenden lasse, dann erscheinen zusätzliche Informationen,…

  15. When taking a manual payment such as on arrival, post as a payment against a deposit bill raised in same button, e.g. take payment and raise automatic deposit bill. This will save front desk time when checking in a high volume of guests that pay via pdq terminal on arrival and allow them more interaction time with the guest.

  16. It would be nice if you could write a comment for the team on open invoices in the settlement window, or if you could "lock" the invoice for other colleagues to edit.

    This can be very helpful, for example, if you Have to consult with the customer regarding the invoice and want to mark this so that someone else does not write to the customer again.

  17. It would be useful if you could also activate or deactivate the "Includes detailed invoice items" option for a bookable service when creating an invoice, without having to jump into the depths of the financial settings.

  18. In den Benachrichtigungen, wäre es super hilfreich, wenn nicht nur "neue Bestellung erzeugt" stehen würde, sondern zB. "Neue Distributor Buchung Anreise heute", oder "Neue Booking.com Buchung Anreise 02.05.22"

    Zusätzlich wäre auch ein Logo anstatt des grauen Kreises sinnvoll.

  20. Functionality to allow Room Type Overbooking while maintaining total capacity of the hotel.
    When noticing high volumes of demand for standard rooms and upgrades won't sell, you can allocate an amount of rooms you want to overbook on the standard room while still maintaining the total capacity of the hotel.
