  1. this has happened since the change of company billing / error comes up as there are no public rates available despite voucher code having been added.
    only public rates are now showing when making a booking.

    please solve asap as it causes huge errors with rates and cancellation settings.

  2. When managing different bookable services, like we are. It would be helpful if you can show the name of the bookable service on the booking engine. As it can get confusing for guests to see the hotel's name on top when booking the apartments they manage under a different name across the street.

    Or, like us, when you manage multiple small properties in a single Mews environment, each with it's own name and address.

    On that note, being able to set a different address per bookable service would be great! In the transition to bookable services, this would be a…

  3. La balance des tiers est illisible car tout est mélangé sans logique. Merci de la développer comme suit :
    - Balance des débiteurs (séjours passés = factures à envoyer)
    - Balance des encours (clients encore présents)
    - Balance des acomptes (clients à venir ayant déjà fait un paiement)

    Et pire encore, si une société ou un client a plusieurs séjours de réservé, les factures n’apparaissent jamais à traiter, ce qui nous pose ensuite des problèmes pour nous faire payer car les factures sont envoyées trop tard.

  4. The possibility to have insight in the performance of specific e-mail types, such as the "After start e-mail". From a marketing point of view it would be useful to keep track of open rates for example.

  5. The product report does not show all products sold in one view. For example breakfast. We have to open 2-3 reports to show the total amount of breakfast sold. We need one overview of all products sold, not many overviews.

  6. The manager report counts the rooms wrong.
    The rport counts the spaces and not the rooms. But for example when a connecting room is sold as one family room, the report counts 3 rooms sold.

    This is just wrong and needs do be adjusted. The support sadly doesnt help and told me to post it as an idea.

  7. Sort the manager report properly:
    Accomodation
    F&B
    Other
    Etc

    At the moment calculations have to be made by hand and the total revenue of each department is not shown in one view.

  8. We would like to track enquiry source far better than the system is able to now. We currently only have origin of booking however this currently tracks 'how' the guest booked - not 'how they heard about us'.

    As with many companies a significant amount of marketing spend it allocated to social media - there for to track conversion more closely is key.

    If a new tab for Enquiry Source/Marketing is not an option are we able to add 'Social Media' to the 'Origin' criteria?

  10. When creating a task, the task looks ordered and systematic with spaces between the different points and can even be numbered. But when printing the list, all spaces and numbering is gone and its all just one long sentence. Would be very helpful to have the printed list to look like the actual task description.

  11. A while ago I asked regarding saving custom reports and I was told to copy the URL and saving it as a Custom Link. It works fine but there’s something that I would like to have, so that it’s even better. Right now when you save the report, it also saves the date you used so we have to change it each time. It would be way better if we could write as a start “Today”, and then for the end “+1, +7, etc”. So that the system automatically makes the changes.

  12. After restoring a cancelled booking the status is automatically "Confirmed" and there is no possibility to change it.

    It would be very useful to have the possibility to choose the status (Confirmed/Optional/Inquiry) to which the booking should be restored.

    Specially for group tentative/optional bookings which have been cancelled after the option date and need to be restored because the guest is still interested, but the booking is not confirmed yet.

  13. Optional reservations should not be confirmable without adding a credit card as guarantee, Big corporations cannot have control of reservations that the clients were able to confirm without a credit card as guarantee this can cause lots of no shows and issues.

  17. From the Product Report, it would be great to be able to see which reservations have the listed products included
    Adding a filter that would show the detailed mode could allow to create a detailed report with the reservation numbers and guest information. It would be fantastic if the report can be ordered by space number

  19. Bonsoir, est-il possible de supprimer le mot"consommé" qui apparait sur les factures proforma.
    le client n'est pas arrivé dans l'établissement et nous lui envoyons des produits consommés.

  20. Dear Madam, dear Sir,
    We are currentely unable to have a clear daily housekeeping report.
    We need the following informations to be displayed in addition to the current informations.
    State of the rooms : Free and clean / Departure / Stayover.
    Today, we are unable to have these informations in our report, we have to check everyy room one by one to define the correct state, which can take us lot of time and effort.
    Looking forward for your answer.
