  1. It would be nice to be able to quickly switch the context (bookable service) from the timeline view. Often we need to quickly look up something from the timeline in another service (parking or conference room). Currently it is necessary to go to the dashboard, switch to the other service, and then access the timeline again.

  2. If the check in date and check out date are not in the same month, the calendar should be a continuous calendar without the requirement for manual switch to next month to be able to choose the check out date. Allow choose checkout date cross the different months on the same calendar without manually switch to next month.

  3. When a baby bed needs to be in the room, you will see it on the app behind the check-in time.

    Unfortunately, this is difficult to see.

    Can it maybe be made a bit brighter by giving it a different color or something?

  4. We would really appreciate having the option for parking to be automatically marked as “checked-in” once the guest checks into their room and also automatically adding the parking booked on the bill to the timeline of Parking Service.

    Currently, having to switch between services to manually check in the parking is inconvenient and time-consuming, especially during busy check-in times. Automating this step would greatly improve front desk efficiency.

    Additionally, it would be very helpful to have a “parking” icon displayed in the guest profile, so we can quickly see who has a parking spot.

  5. It would be nice to be able to link task directly to the allotment block. It would be easier to locate the block already before any rooms have been picked up. We have several users handling the blocks and making adjustments to the room account, so this would help a lot.

  6. We have only 6 units and our cleaning schedule is based on a minimum of two to clean (outsourced) - so we do not have cleaning on a daily basis. To avoid booking rooms that are not yet cleaned (or blocked for holidays when we are closed) we used the house blocked space. Unfortunately, that blocked space will cause the cleaning status to default to dirty automatically - even if you change the status back to clean - it will bump it back to dirty until after the last blocked space date - check out time.   7. So every night I have to copy the person ID number of every reservation that is checking out that day, to close bills properly during the morning check-out time.

    My point is... Could it exist an automation that once you complete an ID / Passport number, it is copied to the TAX identifier directly?

  8. Ich hätte gerne die Möglichkeit, einer Rate nur ein gewisses Kontingent zuzuordnen.

    Ich habe eine Frühbucher-Rate, möchte diese aber nur für eine begrenzte Anzahl an Zimmern buchbar machen.

    Wir arbeiten mit DIRS als Channelmanager, da konnte ich das als Regel einstellen (schließe diese Rate, wenn weniger als x Zimmer verfügbar sind).

    Sinnvoll wäre es, dies unter den Restriktionen einzutragen.

    Würde mich sehr freuen, wenn dies realisiert würde.

  9. När vi gör ankomstlistan för nästa dag "Reservation overview report" så tar det för lång tid nu - ni har ändrad detta nyligen (ca. 10 dagar sedan)
    Vi vill INTE att det hoppar tillbaka till toppen av listan när man korrigerat en ankomst. Vi vill komma tillbaka till listan på den rad/bokstav där vi är.

  10. When uploading Group blocks with excel, the system assigns rooms based on Room category, it would be beneficial to assign based on room numbers rather than room category

  11. At this time, one cannot add a reservation to a space without a Space Category assignment, therefore preventing the space from being used as a virtual dummy.

    **Early check-out before assigning the actual room
    Helps process:
    Pre-arrival cancellations
    Group block adjustments
    Test reservations sent from the channel manager

    **Holding reservations temporarily
    For:
    Fake/test OTA bookings
    Testing rate rules
    Reviewing tax setups
    Staging reservations before reassigning real rooms

  12. Seeing a marker on the timeline for reservations that are unpaid, have an open bill, or are carrying a balance would be a huge help for reservation teams. Even just a dot like Cloudbeds has.

  13. When adding a product to a bill, like a parking fee, it would be good to be able to add a note with the fee to the bill so that the note is also shown on the final invoice. If we for example have group/meeting reservations where everything is going on the same bill, for the customer it is occasionally important to know whose parking fees are actually on the final invoice.

  14. Would be very helpful if the dietary restrictions or allergies the guest enters on their profile to also appear on their booking in the timeline and not just under their profile. This will save us a huge amount of time

  15. Bitte so einstellen, dass MEWS die Rechnung nicht "Meier-21-2-418E" benennt, sondern "21.02.2026 - 22.02.2026 (Martin Meier)". Das wäre weitaus verständlicher und würde uns helfen verschiedene Rechnungen besser zu überblicken.

  16. When selecting the Days view in the timeline, it only allows reservations to be viewed for almost up to a week. Once that week rolls over, it becomes quite difficult to view multiple reservations in a single continuous view.

    Therefore, having a weekly view on the timeline would be amazingly beneficial.

    Having the ability to go one or two steps further back would be extremely beneficial for the property, especially since they mostly work with longer-stay guests.

  17. Add More conditions to the Product Rules: so users can have even more specific applications. Some of them are:

    Such as the "Creation Date" of reservations. Especially if a new tax/service fee is to be in effect only after/before a certain date.
    Age Categories
    Space Features
    Valid Period of promotion (Voucher)
    Floor Number

  18. Currently, The Space Status Report refers to Stayovers as "Any booking that is staying overnight and has neither arrived that day nor departed that day."

    If the user does not know to include "Arriving/Arrived" filter, they can miss many arrivals that checked in after midnight (especially if their arrival was expected at 3 PM the previous day). This therefore opens up the hotel to possible mistakes.

    It would be nice to simplify the logic to reduce some of the work on the Operations Team. If the unit checked in is staying over - regardless of arrival -they should be listed…

  20. We would love to have a different role options for our housekeeping so that only the houskeeping manager can "check" a room. Everyone else should just be able to put the room to "clean".

    That is not yet possible.
