Est-ce possible de modifier la mise en page ainsi que certaines informations sur les factures.

The ability to export guest data from 2 different locations.
Currently it is only possible to generate customer profiles of all customers within a chain. The option to be able to split this between the different locations should be implemented as soon as possible.

Differentiate between open and closed accounts in Reservation Report.
Previously, closed accounts were shown as €0 and open accounts were either in positive or as €0.00 if the account was at €0 but without closing the billing.
Seeing that the account was at €0 meant that it was closed, and identifying the open accounts was much easier, could it appear like that again?1 voteHello from the Mews product team,

Drag and Drop Room Assignment by Housekeeper similar to Timeline
To improve the speed of room assignment by housekeeper, it would be good to have the ability to drag and drop specific rooms under each housekeeper on a daily basis similar to what we do with Timeline. You could quickly see which rooms are unassigned and drag the room under each housekeeper to complete their board for the day. If room credits are used, each room that is dragged under a housekeeper deducts from the total credits assigned for the day.

Update departure date on selection
In the date filters, latest date remains in the past after earliest date has been set in the future.
To prevent additional manual work:
MEWS should automatically change the calendar date to a date later than the check-in date selected. For example, check in date 1/1/2021, check out date should default to 2/1/2021 (and not remain to todays date).40 votesHello from the Mews product team,

Check in times on Past Arrival reports
I would like to print a report of arrivals from the past which shows the guests ACTUAL check in time. Any report I produce shows the general 3pm arrival time but not the actual time the check in was performed on the system.

Giving employees access to Mews systems via a Single Sign On System
Not only to make it easier for employees but also to prevent people from having multiple usernames and passwords so that when someone is terminated, the access to all systems can easily be removed.

Allow companions to become reservation owners from a rooming list import
When companions are added to large reservations e.g. 100 + from the rooming list identifying the names of the companions is very difficult in these large groups. If users expand the columns, it means that they have to do a large amount of scrolling to find guest information as simple as the guests name.
Allow users to select whether or not they would like companions to become reservation owners when they have been added from a rooming list.

It will be grate if you could generate in PDF, and print all the grouped reports without details (only the total of each line who are in bold).

Booking overwriting
How can it be that manual adjustments to a reservation are always overwritten by the channel manager? In addition, the profile, which then has to be adjusted again several times by the employee. This makes the work more difficult!

Turn off notification sounds

We would like to be able to turn off the sound when a notification comes in.
when we are talking to guests, it is very annoying when we hear a 'ping' in our ear all the time.

Mobile Application iPhone / iPad
Dear Mews Team,
Could you create a new Mobile Application where it will be possible to directly use Mews website instead of using an internet browser (like Google Chrome, Safari,...) on iPhone / iPad ?
At the moment the interface is not so user friendly and it could really save us time by creating a dedicated application like the MewsCommander app.

Voucher Menu
In the summary screen of the voucher menu you only show the Name, Company, Travel Agent. We would like you to add in Rate Code and Expire Date in the overview. As its end of the year we now need to click into every voucher code to check if the voucher is still valid or not. We need a better overview on the created vouchers.

Ability to cancel and amend already-posted Products
If you accidentally post an incorrect amount for a Product, or forget to enter some information such as a check no. or any other relevant information, there does not seem to be any way either outright cancel that posting, or to amend either the amount you accidentally posted, or enter some notes you forgot to write.
Could this please be rectified ASAP?

Store & search for proforma invoices in Mews
Actually you can create a proforma invoice and print it as PDF, but it is not stored in Mews. So, if you like to find it weeks later, there is no chance. E.g. if you like to know on which guest you have created it.

When you cancel a group reservation, the tasks attached to one of the reservation will remain active. It would be helpful if tasks can be solved by default after you cancel the reservation

Package allowance
If a guest has booked a rate that is Full board for example(dinner inluded in the rate), the POS has to recognize this and when posting a dinner for example; Mews has to allocate it to the right cost center and hide it from guest bill (because it's included in the rate)

Inconsistent ordering of space categories across the system
Order of the spaces are currently not translated to the overview when you are booking the room so at the moment it cannot be changed.
Would be great if the room display order pulls through here as well.
