  1. 1- Add the option to make mandatory that the user (guest) fills in information before they can add the product to their stay. Example: offer airport transfer but then make it mandatory for the user to input the time and airport of arrival.
    2- Add conditions to products so that they can only be chosen if such conditions are met. Example: minimum of 4 people must book in order to book a ski lesson

  3. Being able to share / attach files in any internal or external communication.
    Sharing data in a similar way to Line (for example lost item, housekeeping issue pictures etc. )

  4. It would be great to only have to select a desired check-in date, or "start date" and then have the check-out or "end date" auto fill as a 7-10 spread and default to showing Net Values instead of Gross.

  5. Restrict front desk team from overriding rates when making booking. Currently MEWS doesn't provide rate check report to see how much rate difference we are getting from staff making manual bookings. It is crucial for revenue managers to keep this under control in order to maintain the rates. Ideally I think front desk should not have the rights to override any rates.

  6. To display different information on the header/footer of bills vs. invoice. For example to display bank account information on invoices but not display it on creditcard bills.

  7. closed company bills (with payments) are now totally invisible in the reservation. It would be nice if a billing and payment button is also visible in the reservation on the status page, as it is for the guests.

  11. Right now, it is only possible to check rate totals when creating a new reservation. Even then, the total price is shown based only on the currently selected rate for stay and products added. A rate query tool would be a great option to help clarify and check prices, availability, and restrictions that may apply to different rates, with or without certain products. This additional functionality could also help revenue, sales, and marketing departments to save time and streamline their efforts.

  13. Issue Description

    In group reservations, the rooming list template does not indicate which rooms include children or infants. All rooms appear identical in the Excel file, even when only some rooms are booked as adults + children.

    For large groups (100–400 rooms), this makes it very difficult to know where to enter children data without manual cross-checks.

    Request

    Please add a pre-filled column in the rooming list showing the age category / classification (e.g. Adult, Child, Infant) per room or per guest.
    This would allow hotels to clearly identify rooms with minors and correctly complete the rooming list.

  14. Allow for multiple versions of the same parent space/room linked with different combinations of child rooms.

    For example, create Villa 1 with (101 as the parent) and 102, 103 and 104 as the children, but we also want to create Villa 1 connector (with 101 as the parent and only 102 as the connecting suite).

  15. Hello,

    We would like to be able to add a ''buffer period'' or preparation time between rentals, especially for hourly rentals.

    For example, if a guests rents a bike from 9 to 10am, and my buffer is 1 hour, then it will only be available to rent again from 11 am.

    This will prevent guest overlap if they are a few minutes early or late.

  16. To effectively utilize the Availability Blocks section, we need the ability to pick up rooms from a block that has an optional booking status. We often work with call-in allocations, where clients reserve a set number of rooms (e.g., 50) for their participants. As participants book rooms, the booking status changes to "confirmed" once a room is booked for an individual.

  17. We would love to have a different role options for our housekeeping so that only the houskeeping manager can "check" a room. Everyone else should just be able to put the room to "clean".

    That is not yet possible.

  18. Implement a feature to automatically generate a note in a reservation when a specific rate code or company is booked. Currently, notes need to be entered manually. An automated note would be useful for including specific instructions about payment, allocation, and any other important information for the front office. This enhancement would ensure consistency and efficiency in handling reservations.

  19. When we change prices and click enter, the next squared selected is the one in the right (same category for the next day). Nevertheless, normally when we change rates, we do so for an entire day. It will be much practical is the next square selected after clicking "Enter" is the one below what we have just changed. This way, we can swap from the first until the last category of a whole day and do it quicker than now.

Groups that are currently taking inventory and are contracted but do not have reservations picked up yet, are not being counted as "Sold Rooms" nor is the contracted revenue being accounted for anywhere. The Availability and Occupancy Report shows the group rooms under Confirmed or Optional but ultimately still shows that group inventory under "Free Spaces". Would be useful to see total expected group revenue per group, and for that revenue to be accounted for in the Manager Report.
