  2. Sometimes reporting issues for repair can be difficult to describe to your maintenance teams. However,we all know that pictures are worth a thousand words. Therefore,for clarification, adding photos to your Space Status report could help all departments communicate more efficiently, as you can report problems more accurately using visual cues.

  4. As our property mostly sell packaged products we are missing the possibility to package a product with multiple items which then ..
    - could be sold as an enhancement to stay
    - be billed directly by frontoffice without having team remember all components

    In addition it would be desireble to set a product for sale specific period or days only.

    Example: Would love to sell a Christmas Lunch composed by Food & beverage items for stay 25 December without having to create a separate Stay package.

  5. It would be good that the bills that are in the Company Profile billing showed whether the reservation is 'Past', 'Future' or 'Checked in' so it is easier to issue invoices to big OTA providers like AirBnb, which have many bookings assigned at the same time. Currently you have to open and check every single bill.

    This could show the same way the 'Items: 1' tab does.

  6. Instead of overbooking, we use Inquired Reservations as a waiting list to optimise occupancy. It'd be great to get notified when a reservation is cancelled that there are inquired reservations for that date which can potentially now be confirmed.

  7. Functionality to allow Room Type Overbooking while maintaining total capacity of the hotel.
    When noticing high volumes of demand for standard rooms and upgrades won't sell, you can allocate an amount of rooms you want to overbook on the standard room while still maintaining the total capacity of the hotel.

  8. It would be convenient to receive a notification if the occupancy reaches a certain percentage on a certain day. (e.g. if 60% OCC is reached on a certain day, you receive an email to notify you).

  9. In the accounting category classifications there are several "hard coded" classifications like Food and Beverage, Accommodation, .... etc.
    For better classification it should be possible to add some free to fill in classifications.
    At least the classification Food and Beverage should be split into Food, Beverage if free classifications aren't possible, because these are common used classifications.

  11. At the moment there is a limit of a maximum of 20 rates assignable to a voucher. We would like to increase that number as we have travel agencies such as SynXis requiring more than 20 rates.

  12. Would be great if the system could automatically upgrade certain reservations to a higher room category under certain availability circumstance (that could be defined and edited).

    ie: If lesser room category is at 100% occupancy, the system would automatically upgrade some reservation to the higher room category, freeing up the lower category to be sold again.

  13. Who wants to pay VAT on something we didn't get paid for !!!!

    When an item is offered with the Complimentary external payment, cancel the VAT of the item.

  15. Very often the touroperator/agency have a common email they use for bookings. It should be possible to eighter register the same email on several persons, or choose company email to confirm booking,

  16. please add Inquired reservations in both places, Reservation Overview and the Availability & Occupancy report

    Is it possible to get a better view of the Availability & Occupancy report to also include INQUIRED reservations?

    Per today we can see the number of Optional reservations and Inquired blocks, but not Inquired reservations - which would to get a clearer overview of wait listed reservations.

    Per today, the only way to find the INQUIRED reservations is a very complicated and time consuming way, you have to go through the Reservations report and choose Inquired.

    But On the Reservation Overview - used every…

  17. Good afternoon team mews
    In the bill when you click on either go to preview or invoice gives us the option to create the invoice or preview the invoice from there to print it gives us 4 options of how we want to print the bill.
    Is there a way to add a new template where the consumption per cheche are the totals as something informative?

    Currently the mews invoice when creating it gives us the total of all the consumption of all checks and on many occasions the guest asks to know how much was consumed in each check…

  19. Is it possible to have different colours in the application for ”departed”, ”arriving”, ”arrived” and ”stayover”

    For example:
    ”departed” = green
    ”arriving”= orange
    ”arrived” = yellow
    ”stayover” = blue

    Currently, our cleaners easily get confused in a hurry, whether the guest is coming or has left, as all these markings are the same color.

  20. Why do you have a housekeeping app where you still need to pull a manual report for all the details? Can we have the fields in the housekeeping report added to the app so you can see how the rooms need to be set up for the next guest in terms of guest notes and the number of occupancies from a family of 4 to 2 people in the room, then help assist if the sofa bed would need to be put away.
