Is there an easy way for Mews support to rename a user and/or email address? We have a user who histrorically used the reservations@ email with almost all permissions as they were very senior. They now use a personal work email address and the reservations email needs to have permissions downgraded and name changed. Excel export of product report with accounting categories
It would be easy to be able to draw an excel file / overview of all the created products with their accounting categories.

There is no picked vs. unpicked status within confirmed group reservations.
This is a pain when creating your forecasts, and predicting your unexpected wash of a group block.

Store & search for proforma invoices in Mews
Actually you can create a proforma invoice and print it as PDF, but it is not stored in Mews. So, if you like to find it weeks later, there is no chance. E.g. if you like to know on which guest you have created it.

Mark a bill/invoice as paid e.g. via external payment after searching it with invoice number or company name
At the moment you can also mark an open invoice as paid e.g. via external payment / wire transfer, if knowing in searching for the guest. On the bank account you see normally the invoice number and/or the company. But after searching for invoice number and/or the company you will find the bill, but cannot mark the payment. So doubled work to do :(

Select multiple reservations
It would be easy to select multiple reservation when checking-in or changing room number. For instance, if you have multiple rooms in a basic category and you want to give them all an upgrade (however separate reservations), it would be nice to have an easy way to select them all and drag to a different category. Moreover, When checking in rooms who are not merged together, however do arrive together, it would be easy if you could all check them in at once.

Preauthorizations
Be able to see which online check-in reservations have been preauthorized on Reservations report/overview without having to check it on Payments page.

Optional bookings - released status ( and not cancelled)
When making optional bookings, this means we are holding a room/rooms but the booking is not confirmed.
If this bookings is never confirmed, we should have an status called released instead of cancelled, as you are not really cancelling the booking, you are releasing the booking.49 votesHello from the Mews product team,

nights, products and additional expenses totals
It would be nice if the night, products and additional expenses, shown at the right side of the screen in a reservation, could be totals and be folded out if clicked on for details. This way long stays do not result in a long list you have to scroll down, to see the notes at the bottom.

To be able to make a report regarding the Space Status by date
To be able to make a report regarding the Space Status by date, so one could know the exact Space Status (Dirty/OOS/Inspected) on a certain date in the past.
Right now, if one changes the date on the Space Status Report, it will pop up today´s info.10 votes -

Legionella prevention function in Mews does not work well
Mews has a legionella prevention function. It automatically puts vacant rooms into dirty status after 7 days of being vacant. However, our Housekeeping and Maintenance system have a likewise function, which is way more operatable. Because I can adjust settings: I can choose the amount of days, type of notifications and to whom, etc. And, it belongs to those departments that do the legionella prevention. Mews just puts the rooms on dirty status and I have to go all the way into the history log of each individual dirty room to find out why it was put dirty; there's no…

Receive an alert on restriction override - Reservation modification
You can easily update/modify an existing reservation, even when a restriction applies. No warning is shown (e.g. MinLOS is disregarded when updating a booking)
