  10. The Mews Manager report is a great overview including data and figures about your daily operations. An expansion of this report could include even more valuable details, such as additional budget summaries, date-to-date comparisons, and the next month forecast to help plan your upcoming rate management.

  20. Stay services are offered to make guests feel comfortable and pampered, and with the provision of these amenities, guest will feel more relaxed and satisfied throughout their stay. For this reason, it is important that orders are attended to as soon as possible. Enabling notifications for stay service orders means that your staff will be alerted about these orders immediately, allowing you to provide excellent customer service at all times.
