Send receipt by email automatically
When a guest has paid, an email with the receipt should be automatically created and sent if the profile has an email attached.
This would save some clicks and also save the environment by not printing (you can just say - the receipt is already sent to you by email :))

This has become a big complaint for my guest. They do not understand why they receive a receipt for charges with no day by day breakdown. this would be a incredible addition to enhance the customer experience!

When a "cash payment" (credit card etc) is used, it would be nice if it could trigger an automatic email receipt for the customer if the profile contains an email.
This would both save time in the billing process and also the environment. If the email is already sent, there is no need for printing receipts.
