Availability Blocks
Please allow for different room quantity allotments over each date to reflect typical room block patterns. Currently, I can only enter the same amount of rooms over each date, that is not how blocks usually work and it prevents me from easily entering the rooming list in the block once it goes definite.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. It is currently possible to set room quantity per day, per space category in a block.
In order to do this, click the "Adjust" button on the block dashboard > Select a date where you'd like to remove availability and manual enter the number. This action can be done for any date within the block, whereas the bulk update option allows you to set different room quantities for a selected period.

When making a date change in a reservation give a warning that you are creating an overbooking.

Select multiple features for the timeline filter
We're very happy with the new timeline feature filter! An improvement in our eyes would be if it also were possible to select multiple features and that the filter shows all the rooms which have one of the selected features. At the moment the filters only shows rooms which have all the selected features.

Credit Card Signature via Email
When guests book reservations with credit cards (distributor, commander), it would be really nice if they can be sent an email to digitally sign for and accept the credit card information in order to guarantee their reservation. This might help us avoid losing chargebacks as much and also help us enforce cancellation policies (which are currently unenforceable due to no token/signature for no shows).

Negative bills should automatically post as a credit note
If the total of a bill is a negative number it should automatically be raised as a credit note instead of an invoice. We should not have to manually select that it is a credit note.

improve conditional rate settlement triggers (Physical vs Virtual cards)
At the moment, if you set up a rate automation for OTA rates, the same trigger will be used for both virtual and physical credit cards. Ideally, there would be extra conditional fields in an "if this, then that" format. For example:
If Card type = Physical, then charge on confirmation
If card type = virtual, then charge on start dayThis conditionality format would also allow for less rate groups, and increased flexibility if other conditions are also created. It could be implemented with an advanced settings button to keep the current layout as simple as possible.

Better reporting to get the number of products sold (i.e. the number of breakfasts)
Just an example: Currently it is hard to find out the number of breakfasts sold. This is because the breakfast can be a "Stay product" and a product that gets added via the billing screen.
In order to calculate the total number of breakfasts sold, you need to run two reports:
Product report for all "stay product" breakfasts
Accounting report for all "billing screen" breakfasts (Mode: Grouped; you cannot use the Excel export because it won't show the "Count". You need to get the "Count" number from within Mews)
Another workaround would be to use the Accounting Report and divide…

ACTION LOG FOR CHANGES MADE ON ALL CUSTOMER PROFIL
It will be great to have the opportunity to see all the changes made on all the customer profil, more particulary if a classification has been modified or take off. We have the opportunity to see it on a specific custumer profil, but we need to see all in the action log from the dashbord.

Separate room type overbooking from overall property overbooking
We would like to set a diffusive overbooking strategy without influencing the overall property occupancy, meaning that the guest will be able to always book the lowest category even though it is not available, untill all the highest categories are fully booked, without creating a total property overbooking. Summing up, we would like to separate the room type overbook (for example economy + 5) from the overall propoerty overbook (no overbook allowed at property level)

Extra / empty bed relative adjustment
It would be great if we can set a relative adjustment for a period and not set for the complete system. Meaning rates of 2022 and 2023 are different, meaning a different relative adjustment. However, I now have to adjust it manually in the booking as this feature is not there.

Set Up for Check Out Mail
For regular guests that are coming every week the Check Out Mail After Stay is very annoying. We just want to send it to indivudual guests. It would be perfect to have an option in the guest profil to set up which Mails the guest should receive from our system.

Allow space type as Single room and Double room

Make all companies by default invoiceable
could you please make it a default setting that every company is invoiceable and we should only tick in case they are not.
also, put a generic invoice due interval in the property main settings so that it defaults to this period and only if you wish to change it from the standard setting should you have to amend it in the company setting.

Email sent to be logged in the action log
Email sent to be logged in the action log in order to give a quick overview of the guest email communication, in addition a link to the mail queue link so the employee could easily access the email. If non admin users could have access to mail queue as a separate work privilege it would enhance the user experience for this suggestion
