  1. Ability to block exports of the ‘Customer Profile’ report for certain user roles.

    A receptionist on a temporary contract (i.e. working only 1 or 2 days in the hotel) can, if he or she wishes, export the whole of the hotel group's customer database by means of an Excel export filtered by creation date.

  2. Having an ‘Out of Sales’ status which blocks the sale over a date period but does not remove it from the inventory.

    It is possible to use House Use but this is not taken into account by RMS DUETTO.

  3. Add restaurant cheque and meal voucher payment methods in order to :
    - be able to manage these payment methods from reception via MEWS and not just from the POS
    - be able to perform accounting adjustments from MEWS in the event of an input error in the POS, which does not allow this type of action to be performed

  4. Following an update, the character limit for the name of a rate has been lowered to 70 characters, which is too short in relation to our rate nomenclature.
    It should be increased again so that we can continue to have clear rate classification for our teams and avoid all the work of re-naming our rate policy, which is substantial on our side (e.g. 150 characters).

  5. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass in der Zeitachse neben den Namen auch direkt die Anzahl der Gäste im Zimmer angezeigt wird. Da wir Aufbettungen buchbar haben und auch Einzelnutzung möglich ist, hätten wir so in der Zeitachse den besseren Überblick.

  7. It would be great if it were possible to set an early check-in and early check-out rate per hour. Currently, only a fixed price can be selected, which limits our ability to charge more for these options.

  8. Bei den Anfrage- und Optionsmails wird automatisch die Anreiseinfo des Zimmers mit gesendet. Da der Gast aber noch nicht gebucht hat ist es nicht wünschenswert das er bereits den Wlan-Code für das jeweilige Apartment erhält. Eine separate Anfrage- und Optionsmail nur mit der Aufstellung des Preises wäre wünschenswert.

  10. Ein Bericht, ähnlich dem Reservierungsüberblick nur mit folgenden Informationen für das externe Housekeeping:
    1. Gliederung in Zimmerkategorien
    2. Anreise und Abreise
    3. Name des Gastes (optional)
    4. Anzahl Personen gegliedert in Kinder und Erwachsene
    5. Produkte (Hund, Late Check-out, Early Check-in usw.)
    6. Gästenotizen und Hauseigene Notizen

    Dieser Bericht sollte ebenfalls automatisch gesendet werden können.

  12. Bonjour,
    Nous aimerions avoir la possibilité de borner un tarif par occupation.
    Ex: vendre un tarif pour une seule personne
    Cela nous permettrait de vendre des forfaits soirée étape (nuit+PDJ+dîner) pour nos clients corpo.
    Idem, nous aimerions pouvoir borner des produits. Actuellement les restrictions existent uniquement pour les tarifs, or, nous aurions l'utilité d'avoir des restrictions pour les produits afin d'étoffer notre offre produits (ex: box romantique commercialisable uniquement jusqu'à 7 jours avant l'arrivée).

  13. Hi Mews

    We wish to send the breakfast list to our supplier along with the next day's breakfast orders. The product checklist is very useful, but we’d like to know if it’s possible to remove the guest names and display only the room numbers instead.

    Additionally, is there a way to automate this process by scheduling the list to be exported and sent out?

  14. We would love to have a different role options for our housekeeping so that only the houskeeping manager can "check" a room. Everyone else should just be able to put the room to "clean".

    That is not yet possible.

  15. Praktisch wäre es, wenn man in der Zeitachse eine Buchung auswählt, dass man per Doppelklick die Buchung direkt öffnet. So wähle ich die Buchung aus und gehe dann rechts unten auf "Bearbeiten". Sollte man nicht bearbeiten wollen sondern nur die Anzeige oder "Drucken" oder "Einchecken", kann man dies ja immer noch per einfachem Klick und dann rechts die gewünschte Aktion auswählen. Erspart ein wenig Zeit.

  16. Ich fände es hilfreich, wenn bestehende Verfügbarkeitsblöcke in der Zeitachse mit angezeigt würden. Ich verschaffe mir gerne vor Buchung einen kurzen Überblick in der Zeitachse, was an dem Tag los ist. Wenn man eine Buchung anlegen will, werden die Zimmer aus dem Block als nicht mehr verfügbar angezeigt. Ich sehe, dass einiges verfügbar ist, aber bei Buchung dann nicht mehr. Dann muss ich erst im Verfügbarkeitsblock nachsehen (und auf die Idee kommen, dass es daran liegt), ob dort was hinterlegt ist. Eine andersfarbige Anzeige des Blocks würde sehr helfen.

  18. Currently the 'Optional Reservations' and 'Optional Blocks' are available in the dashboard view of the Availability & Occupancy Report. However, this data is not included in the export. Please make this data available in the export as well so we can work with it.

  20. Dear all,

    We are currently in Peak Season, and the hotel is fully booked on certain dates. However, we have noticed an issue where, despite some room categories being overbooked, the hotel remains open for new reservations. This situation should ideally not occur, or there should be an alert indicating that the hotel is fully booked, requiring validation for any overbooking.

    For example:

    The hotel has 15 rooms in total, divided into 3 categories (Classic, Superior, and Sea View, with 5 rooms each).
    For the night of December 31st, the hotel is FULL (15 rooms sold), but there is an…
