  2. Sur l'application MEWS, l'équipe d'entretien ménager devrait pouvoir indiqué à quelle heure ils entrent dans une chambre et à quelle heure ils quittent la chambre. Ceci nous aiderait à connaître le temps que prend le préposé pour nettoyer la chambre

  3. Problem: When posting Bookable service items for the entire posting period, users can’t set a custom price and must edit each day individually, which is slow and error prone.

    Request: Allow entering a single unit price or a total amount at posting time for Bookable service items; the system applies or distributes it across all days. Add a one click bulk edit to update the price of all already posted daily items in a period at once

  5. Summary

    Enable automatic updates of product prices for existing reservations, with an option to offset package-inclusive stay services to maintain the originally agreed daily package rates.

    Background / Problem

    Currently, price changes apply only to future reservations. Existing reservations remain locked at the old product prices, which:

    Causes revenue leakage when product costs rise.

    Requires manual corrections by staff, leading to inefficiency and errors.

    Creates package inconsistency: updating the product price increases the overall daily package rate, which conflicts with guest-confirmed agreements.

  6. Description:
    Currently, when adjusting the number of guests in a reservation, Mews either:

    Keeps the total price unchanged (with "Keep old price" ticked), deducting additional product charges (e.g., city tax, breakfast, or other per-person fees) from the accommodation rate—distorting the original pricing structure.
    Recalculates the total price (with "Keep old price" unticked), updating the room rate to the current pricing, which can lead to unjustified price increases for guests if rates have changed since booking.

    The Problem:
    There is no automated way to:

    Preserve the original nightly rate (as agreed upon at booking).
    Recalculate and add all per-person product charges…

  7. Please make it possible to edit an invoice more than 7 days after the guest’s check-out.

    Ideally, this option could be restricted to the owner only.

    Errors can happen (e.g., adding products, incorrect prices, etc.), and sometimes corrections are needed later.

    It’s also important in cases where the only person who issues invoices (myself) is unavailable, for example when I am out of the office or on holiday.

  8. It would be nice if restrictions could be set that don't expire. our hotel can only be booked 180 days in advance. I currently have to renew this restriction every three years. Am I the only one who finds this inconvenient?

  10. It would be nice to be able to quickly switch the context (bookable service) from the timeline view. Often we need to quickly look up something from the timeline in another service (parking or conference room). Currently it is necessary to go to the dashboard, switch to the other service, and then access the timeline again.

  11. Currently, tasks in Mews can only be assigned a deadline or to close them. While this covers the basic workflow, it leaves a gap in team communication and task visibility.

    I’d like to suggest introducing an additional task status, for example, “In Progress” to indicate when someone has already started working on a task.

    Why this would be valuable:

    Improved coordination: Prevents multiple team members from picking up the same task unknowingly.

    Transparency: Makes it clear which tasks are actively being worked on versus those still pending.

    Clear lifecycle: Having statuses such as To Do → In Progress → Done…

  15. To better assist Rental Properties (Monthly Bookable Period) - it would be useful to consider creating an AR page that would
    (1) allow clients to review the accounts and bills by month,
    (2) run invoices by batch,
    (3) Bulk Issue Invoices, and
    (4) improve billing automation to allow multiple (up to 2) automations per Monthly bookable service.

  16. Currently, there is a hidden character limit for the Directions field in the configuration page of a space. When exceeding the limit, there is no warning & after saving the field resets to empty. Displaying the character limit will help stay within the boundaries and save time re-entering the directions to the Space.

  17. Nous sommes une pourvoirie et nos locations sont pour des chalets, des terrains de camping, des tentes prêt-à-camper et des embarcations nautiques. Le problème est qu'il n'y a pas de "catégorie d'espace" pour les embarcations nautiques, il y en a une seulement pour les vélo. Même chose pour nos chalets ou il n'y a pas ce choix.
    Plusieurs clients nous contactent pour s'assurer que se sont bien des chaloupe à moteur que nous louons et non des vélos.

  18. It would be great to be able to export the group allotment chart to show clients their group block pick-up. Copy and pasting the data from the Dashboard does not paste properly in Excel, Numbers, or any other app (Pages, Outlook, etc)

  19. I’d like the Out of Service function to work more like the Out of Order function, with the ability to set a start and stop date/time. The room should remain bookable, but it would be really helpful if the reason and timeframe were displayed more visibly on the timeline screen.

    This would be a game changer for our maintenance team’s ability to communicate with the front desk. Sometimes they’re working in a room that we still want to keep sellable, and having a clear, visible note on the timeline would make it much easier to seamlessly share that information between…

  20. It would be nice to be able to link task directly to the allotment block. It would be easier to locate the block already before any rooms have been picked up. We have several users handling the blocks and making adjustments to the room account, so this would help a lot.
