Mews Rate Scraper Integration
Competitor rates are very important as revenue managers consider how to set pricing for upcoming months. Improvement of scraped data could help with management processes as competitor pricing could be visible directly from the Rate Management Screen in Mews.

Implement a feature that could setup or limit the capacity of a space depending on age categories
The ability to add ages for our Family room reservations. Our family rooms accommodate 3 adults or 2adlt and max. 2 children up to 11
As this feature is not available we have set up the room occupancy for 3 persons; either 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child so we currently lose bookings from families with 2 adults and 2 children. If we allow a room occupancy of 4 persons we start receiving bookings with 4 adults and our sofa bed is not equipped to take the weight of 2 adults7 votes -
Leave "Associated" at Online Check-Out
With the Online Check Out (which is great) the customer creates a new bill to close the invoice. The guests don't have the possibility to add a company address by themselves. At check-in we always try to add the company with the "Associated" feature, as for individual travelling business guests the company profile way is not suitable, as we can't add a credit card, and the open bills are not seen at the check-out screen. Sequential Group Reservation Number
Currently, Mews offers individual confirmation for all reservations - but if they are within a group, they all fall under 1 group reference number that does not trigger an individual and sequential reference # for the reservations attached.
When duplicating Reservations, for example, it would be helpful if the reservation screen could trigger sequential group reservation numbers that are searchable but can also populate in the reservation report. Even in a simple group reservation setup, this form of referencing could be very useful.

Group Rooms and Revenue
Groups that are currently taking inventory and are contracted but do not have reservations picked up yet, are not being counted as "Sold Rooms" nor is the contracted revenue being accounted for anywhere. The Availability and Occupancy Report shows the group rooms under Confirmed or Optional but ultimately still shows that group inventory under "Free Spaces". Would be useful to see total expected group revenue per group, and for that revenue to be accounted for in the Manager Report.

Currency appearing in wrong order
We work in a multi currency environment (BRUSSELS). We accept CHF and EUR + others. However when we click in the billing tab on "cash payment" it will automatically jump on CHF which creates a lot of human mistakes as obviously most payments here are made in EUR. We should have the option to put an order on the different currencies and not have them appear chronologically.

Houskeeping can use the app to flag the room not to be cleaned
The functionality is already in Mews: it is used by the Hotels for Trees integration. In the Mews app housekeeping can click a button to tell the reception that the room has not been cleaned because the customer asked not to clean the room. The button is an icon of a doorhanger on it. When they click it the room status of this room has the same doorhanger icon next to it. We are using this integration in one of our hotels. The operational benefits of having this button for all our hotels would be immense. This way we know…
