Leave "Associated" at Online Check-Out
With the Online Check Out (which is great) the customer creates a new bill to close the invoice. The guests don't have the possibility to add a company address by themselves. At check-in we always try to add the company with the "Associated" feature, as for individual travelling business guests the company profile way is not suitable, as we can't add a credit card, and the open bills are not seen at the check-out screen. Now even if everything is prepared the guest puts all the charges to a new bill and the company address is not longer on the invoice. This means we have to rebate, as for German business travellers it is important to have the company address on the invoice.
